Miso soup and hot green tea.

We were in the neighborhood so we decided to stop in here for a sushi lunch. We were greeted by the sweet, smiling waitress and shown to a table. We both got the 2 roll sushi lunch special with miso soup. The miso soup was excellent - very flavorful, much better than most miso soup I have had recently in other restaurants, which are almost invariably watered down - even in restaurants that would be considered more " upscale". Not this miso soup - it was served nice and hot and had plenty of flavor. I had requested that my two sushi rolls be cut extra small, and they were. The salmon was fresh and creamy, and the crabby roll was delicious - the crab was tempura-fried and soooo good. Our waitress was excellent and kept a good eye on us, even as the restaurant became quite busy. All in all, an excellent meal and I will be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood again.

One of my favorite sushi spots in Indy! I tried the seafood ramen, creamy broth and packed full of shrimp, scallops and clams. We also ordered the ahi tuna and several rolls. The food was excellent as usual. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The sushi chef took time to stop by our table to answer a question we had that's 5 star service!

I had the chance to come in today and meet a student to have a last check in before they leave for a summer program at Wabash college, we were seated right away and our server was awesome, very attentive and friendly!, We had veggie spring rolls and pork gyoza that was very tasty and each came with good dipping sauces. We both had delicious sushi! I had the rainbow and ocean roll, loved having it in house and not take out like I typically do. All around great experience! Check them out if you are in the area

We LOVE this place! Excellent sushi, served shockingly fast. Service is great and it's always very clean. Our server was very prompt and attentive. We went on NYE and they were running a special that included a free drink. You could have wine, beer, or a soda on the house. We enjoyed that and thought it was a nice gesture. Parking is usually easy to come by and we have always enjoyed our food.

I tried Mori out the other night and it has become one of my new favorite spots! The inside is well lit and has several tables to choose from. their outdoor dining option was gorgeous! Our waitress was very nice and the chef was kind enough to come out and answer our questions about a few dishes. We ordered seafood ramen which had several seafood options inside and two mackerel sashimi. We got a tuna option as an appetizer. We also tried 3 sushi rolls. all of the food was delicious and i can't wait to try more!

We were staying around the corner from this place so had to check it out! Such a hidden gem! Service was great and fast! The pineapple shrimp fried rice was soooo good! We got sushi rolls as well which tasted fresh and flavorful! Small intimate space made it that much better! 10/10 would come again!

We came here for the first time on New Year's Eve and absolutely loved it! They had a drink special for the holiday, so each person got a free drink. We tried a Japanese beer and sake, and liked them both. I got the spicy chicken ramen and really enjoyed it. I haven't had ramen with a crunchy protein so that was a nice texture addition. My husband got the tonkatsu pork ramen, which was also good. We're not big seafood people but my husband tried the volcano roll, at the recommendation of our super-friendly server, and he loved it. Parking was very easy with their lot, and it was almost empty on the holiday, but I'm sure it's busier on other days. I saw several door dash drivers come by, so they do delivery too. I will definitely come back, the price was fair, food was lovely, service was incredibly friendly, and the vibe inside was comfortable and relaxed.

Had Uber eats deliver Moiri Sushi. Was good - salmon nigiri was good sized and tasted fresh. The spicy girl roll was excellent. Also had the hand roll spicy salmon and it was flavorless - the salmon didn't have much flavor, nor was it spicy at all. Food was packaged well. Delivery time was quick, based on that I'll say the service was good.

Fantastic sushi, Mori Sushi has become a tradition for our group of friends to get together at the end of the year.

The food is delicious but I have had stomach pain after eating there on 4 separate occasions. That being said I keep going back.

Tucked a little outside of fountain square, you'll find a nice sushi spot! A friend of mine introduced me to this spot! Food: very yummy! Whether it's a seaweed salad, a soup or sushi! I tried all and was satisfied with the cost $ and the quality of freshness. Service: super sweet and quick Ambiance: cozy and relaxing I would definitely recommend if you're in need of a new sushi spot or in the fountain square area!

Absolutely best sushi restaurant we've tried in Indy. Fish was fresh. Service was amazing. I wish we lived here just to enjoy it more often. Atmosphere was perfect, would recommend to everyone!

Mori is solid. The have classic sushi, it's good, always fresh. Not a destination area for sushi, but it's certaintly worth visiting . They appear to do a lot of takeout. Servers are always kind.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not as positive, and I found myself disappointed--though not due to any major issues. When I arrived at 11 a.m., right as the restaurant opened, there seemed to be adequate staff and they certainly weren't too busy to pay attention to the two tables dining at the time. I have no issue with staff taking a moment to chat, but I wish they had focused a little more on the guests who were dining. We ordered green tea, which is served in a metal teapot. The protocol is that if one person orders it, they receive the teapot, and if two people order it, they get one teapot to share. However, what surprised me was that despite finishing our tea, no one came by to offer us a refill. It would have been nice for someone to ask if we wanted more, especially given that we had finished the first pot. I also ordered the vegetable udon, hoping for a flavorful dish filled with fresh vegetables. Sadly, when it arrived, it lacked any vegetables and was quite bland. The overall taste was underwhelming, which was disappointing, as I had expected better. I pushed the plate to the side, indicating that I wouldn't be eating it. No one noticed. My plate was hardly touched, and not once did any staff member, including what I presumed to be the manager based on his demeanor, come over to inquire about my meal. He passed by my table at least three times without asking if everything was okay. I would have appreciated the opportunity to provide feedback. While I must say that everything else I tasted, aside from the udon, was delicious, the lack of attention to detail--such as not offering a refill for my tea and not inquiring about my dining experience--left me feeling neglected. It was truly disappointing to leave with an untouched plate and not a single word from the staff addressing my concerns even after we declined the offer container to take home the meal.

The onion volcano, the flying shrimp, the chef doing things with spatulas that would make even a Jedi Master stop and pay attention. We know the show, we love the show, and we keep returning to this particular corner of the galaxy for it. This visit was different. It was a Thursday afternoon and none of us felt like waiting for a full hibachi table to assemble, because sometimes you want the food without the diplomatic negotiations of coordinating with strangers who are also hungry. We made the tactical decision to retreat to the regular dining area, which turned out to be one of the smarter strategic calls this family has made in recent memory. We each ordered hibachi dinner combos from the non-hibachi side of the menu. Steak and salmon, steak and chicken, and steak and shrimp, all arriving with miso soup and a Cobb salad with thousand island dressing that handled its supporting role with quiet dignity. The food came out tasting exactly like anything produced during the full tableside performance, which tells you everything you need to know about what that kitchen is actually capable of when nobody is watching. The show is entertaining, but the cooking doesn't need the theatrics to land. The Force is clearly present on both sides of the restaurant. Here is the honest Imperial assessment of Tomo. By strict critical standards this is probably a 3.5 star establishment. The hibachi script is familiar across the sector, the setting won't make you transmit coordinates to your friends, and you already know what you're getting before you walk through the door. But consistent, reliable, satisfying execution every single visit is a superpower that plenty of flashier restaurants in this galaxy cannot claim. We left full, happy, and already plotting the next mission. Five stars for a 3.5 star restaurant that uses the Force wisely and never lets you down.

My steak ended up only being 5 oz. - small and healthier yet meal was filling. Chef Ronaldo was very entertaining - most I had at a visit. The first waitress had trouble organizing the three different party guests' order. My transaction was not completely align with my Friends with Benefits account. My soup was not in my takeout bag so I asked just to eat another there so no spill. This visit ended with a surprise, future $20 off coupon in the shape of an egg. Because I love their daily lunch menu and their special offer, I decided to return for Easter, the following day. I finally bought a gift card with a bonus $10 for limited time use as I was having trouble using my credit card on their front keypad. My credit card company suggested using another keypad which worked. Oh, on holidays, they apparently have a different menu this time in the shape of an egg. Duck theme! How fitting for the occasion! I have been wanting wontons and oh, they had it with duck. My favorites! With interesting chili pineapple sauce. Wow. Had to try the 3 wontons for $16.50. Appetizer was made on the other side of the restaurant and bought to my hibachi table. It was unique with more ingredients like chives. The cheese might have overpowered the duck cubes. Glad I tried them. This chef was only entertaining with the train of onion. Service was not good with only one glass of water. I had to ask about the egg coupon as the hostess seemed very hesitate to pass out "upon my goodbye." Five stars for the food. Four stars for the service.
