My wife and I stopped in here for lunch and it was just okay. We ordered multiple meals. Tried the Hawaiian chicken, bourbon chicken and broccoli chicken. All were just meh. The food also looked meh when we walked up to the food counter. The ambience was also just so so, nothing that really made it feel unique. The one thing that I did really like was their potstickers, they were yummy. Over all, nothing unique about this place and will likely not be back. read more

We parked and walked in what we thought was the entrance but it was actually "Barrel Racing"-something. Can't remember the full name but smelled delicious and girls behind the counter directed us in the right direction. Said it happens all the time. Potstickers only has one entrance. They were very nice. Headed into potstickers where there was only one table occupied but the girl ringing up your order rushed me. Didn't explain anything. Pointed to the menu above with a not nice look on her face, matching her attitude. She even rushed the woman filling the to-go containers. I don't know how else to put it nicely but this girl does NOT need to be working behind the counter representing their business. Ruined the entire experience. Food was okay. 2/5 seemed clean. This new express-style Chinese restaurant brings much needed variety to the burgers, pizza, and Mexican cuisine of New Pal! They are located in the same building as the coffee shop and offer limited seating inside. The service is modeled after Panda Express and the Eastside's beloved Fast Wok. They offer a rotation of selections. For today, we tried 2 2-entree plates. One with sweet & sour chicken (no sauce), black pepper chicken, and lo mein. The other was bourbon chicken, kung pao chicken, and fried rice. Each item was pretty tasty and on par with most other Chinese restaurants. As for price, they hit it on the head with affordable and "getting your money worth". Our entire meal plus an Eggroll was under $30. Tip- they offer a discount for cash payers. The highlight for us was the potstickers. This restaurant is aptly named and chose their mascot well! The potstickers were absolutely delicious and took the cake. We gobbled them up so fast that no pictures were had. Haha! I'm prepared for this to be a weekly staple in our home. As something to look forward to, I anticipate they will begin offering delivery soon. read more

This place is great! The food is VERY fresh and warm. They serve it immediately in a sturdy to go container and the portions are heaping! The people behind the service bar aren't very personable (hold a lot of conversation) because they're filling your 'plate' and moving with purpose and speed! The dining room is small but very very clean. Cute plants and no dust. They serve Pepsi ( :( ) but it's cold and strong. The food was absolutely delicious, potstickers very full, and I will be coming back for sure! read more

I love Potsticker's and we have been a couple times in the last couple weeks! One time we ate inside the restaurant and one time we ordered togo. The portions are so large and the food is so good! This is cafeteria food at best. Like you have no choice in what they serve you and it's the only meal you'll get... so you lump it. Major waste of Money and the Crab Rangoon Pockets were empty. Like they actually fried empty pockets and served them. read more

Love the place. Never had a bad meal. Generous portions, hot. All of which I like in a restaurant. I like Chinese /oriental food. I would agree, sometimes staff could be a bit warmer. Feel hurried at times and for a first timer you could feel out of place as to what to do. The food is brought out freshly made in the kitchen. We nave not tried the buffet in Greenfield, I think it same owner. + discount for cash! A good local restaurant. read more

I received an invitation from the owners of Potsticker to check out their new restaurant in New Pal and I am so glad I took the time to go and see what the offerings are! Potsticker is set up for quick service but, unlike other chain Chinese restaurants, the food is high quality. The small business is locally owned by women and really there's so much to love about this place. It is definitely worth checking out if you are tired of eating all the same old things from the same old places in New Pal! read more

Great little Chinese place, located behind CVS in New Pal. You order at the counter and they have booths for seating. They have about 8 different meat options, rice, lo mein, potstickers, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and soups. If you pay with cash, it's a 4% discount. Fast service, clean and lots of locals. read more

This is an order at the counter type restaurant. (Think Panda Express, Chipotle set up). You choose your side and then if you want 1, 2 or 3 entrees. Portions are large and fairly priced. The potstickers are 10/10 amazing. So good. The crab Rangoon were small and lacking in filling. They're also less expensive than I've paid elsewhere, so maybe they're going for a smaller portion on those. I'd rather have more filling and get 3 to an order vs the 5 or 6 we got. Service was fast. It was packed on a Friday night and we were in an out in less than 10 minutes. They do have limited seating inside, so if you go during peak times, you may not find a spot to sit. Overall, excellent addition to New Pal! A top choice for take out. read more

Potsticker's is the real deal. We came in a tried the bourbon chicken, general tso's chicken, potstickers, and pork egg rolls. The egg rolls were amazing! The best I have ever had! The lo mein was on point with the flavor and my bourbon chicken was the best I have ever tasted. My husband and son enjoyed their fried rice and bourbon chicken and general tso's. The potstickers were delicious and you could tell they made them in house. I could make a meal alone on the egg rolls and potstickers. With Yen Ching closing on Washington Street, I am pleased to say I have found my new go to Chinese food joint. read more

You will probably see a long line outside but don't let it scare you away. It was worth the wait. This cute Chinese take out was the perfect addition to New Pal. Awesome food!! The Asia restaurant that everyone has been waiting to open up in New Palestine is finally open. On opening day the line was outside the restaurant all evening. The moved quickly and the food is so delicious, top notch, well worth the little wait in line. Potsticker will become a regular stop for us I'm sure. I wish I had taken some pictures of the food before we started eating. read more

Price is 10/10 for the amount of food you get. The food overall is a 9/10, always hot and fresh. Location is 10/10 as it is right in town and convenient. I had high hopes for this place because their social media person does a great job. It turned out to be exactly like any other pre-packaged, thawed-out Chinese food place that I've ever been to. Most of the food is very good. They can get very busy at dinner but they are fast typically. Their egg rolls and pot stickers are amazing! As is the fried rice, noodles and Hot Sour soup. They serve the same way Panda Express does so the entree will vary depending on how long it's been on the steam table but range is good to very good in my opinion. read more

We went there today for lunch. They have a limited menu (good choice for a starter store) but the food is great. Big chunks of veggies in the King Pao Chicken. The egg rolls actually had great seasoning and a lot of ingredients. We ordered the Crab Rangoons. It had a decent amount of filling in each piece. This will definitely be our go to Chinese restaurant. We asked if they planned to use DoorDash and was told that they plan to use it in the future. It has places to sit but isn't really a formal eating type of restaurant. There was a long line but people were served quickly and everyone seemed happy. If the quality used today continues then I see this restaurant becoming a popular place to eat. read more

Nice selection of entrees. Egg rolls were filled with pork and vegetables. Nice and crunchy. Crab Rangoons were little pillows of deliciousness! Potstickers were savory and delicious. Easily my favorite restaurant in at least a 20 mile radius. Definitely a top five Asian restaurant, food wise, in the entire state(Spoiler: It's not 5, 4, 3, or 2). I hope they're able to expand their restaurant, should they desire, but I also love how familiar and close it feels. Every time I have visited, the same guy strikes up conversation with me, and makes sure I leave the place happier than I arrived. The amount of love I feel for this restaurant might be over the top, but I have never been so excited to walk into any restaurant in my entire life. Went in at 8:30 not knowing they close then and was greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. They were out of eggrolls but made some for me.
