It wasn't soggy at all and all the ingredients were fresh. I would highly recommend checking out this sandwich shop when in the area. I really like that the sandwich shop was located right on the beach and has outdoor seating. While there was also indoor seating, it was very no-frills. As for the food, it was extremely fresh. I had just the right ratio of mozzarella, tomato, and veggies. They drizzled a bit of balsamic on the top for some extra flavor, which the sandwich definitely needed. As it can be crowded, the noise level can be high. Yet it has -- usually -- excellent food. It's breakfast menu is extensive. We visit Rick's often,as it feels right. Totally unpretentious. Sadly on our most recent visit the poa he'd eggs were overcooked. Our waitress, Amy, noticed and immediately offered to replace them. Not wishing to waste food, we declined. The accompanying corned beef hash was tasty. We'll go back again and again. We just like Rick's.
