The meal was decent overall. The galbi was well seasoned, though nothing particularly memorable. The sides were fine, and the kimchi potatoes were the most enjoyable part of the meal. The tables and chairs can be a bit of a small area so don't try to park your cart in the eating area. read more

I have eaten here many times and it was good. However, when I went today with my wife and daughter, the food was less than mediocre. My biggest complaint is that the beef bimbambap only included about 5 very thin strips of beef. Basically $15 for a bowl with $2 worth of rice. I spoke with the owner. He was rude and uncaring. There are too many options in this area to eat poor food at a high price. I will not be back. read more

Fast casual dining. Service and atmosphere: This restaurant is located inside an Asian food market by I-10. It's surrounded by other small restaurants which resemble malls food court. The restaurant was clean and menus were easy to read. Service was very good and fast during our order process before seating. Food and drinks: They offer many different options. Soups, plates, stone bowls etc. The food arrived fast, was well presented, and tasted good. I really enjoyed dumplings that had thin casing and generous filling. Tea and soft drinks can be ordered at the counter. Pricing: $ not expensive for the quality of food. read more

My kid saw Funneh and Crew eating bimbi-bap and wanted to try it. It comes with Kim Chi and another cold appetizer. The stone bowl is sizzling when served. It was pretty good. Everything we ordered was delicious! The fried dumplings and crispy tofu bites were perfectly crunchy, just what you want on a chilly day. The Korean soft tofu stew was incredibly comforting and full of flavor. The spicy pork bulgogi and stir-fried squid were both excellent, the squid had that perfect smoky, fire-grilled flavor that makes it so good! The seafood pancake was amazing too. We loved everything and can't wait to come back! read more

I ordered the vermicelli soup with beef and came with 2 slices of beef and maybe 1 scoop of noodles for $11.00. I'm not picky but Lordy at least give me a little more for what I'm paying for. Pictures is exactly what was received. The rest was just soup broth. I immediately brought it to the owners attention and she said there was nothing she could do. ‍‍‍ read more

So so good. Loved all of our dishes. I got #33-beef noodles and omg the flavor was so good. I just wanted to drink the sauce! I enjoyed this dish a lot! The #1 beef ribs were great. Cooked well. Onions caramelized after cooking. A little char on them. The #15 soup was good too. Food came out fast. The employees were nice. It's in H Mart so it's busy depending on when you go but Yori wasn't too too busy. read more

*Located inside the food court of 99 Ranch. Easy to confuse with a nearby location inside H Mart. I have to admit that I'm not super familiar with Korean food but I really enjoyed our quick meal here. We ordered the seafood pancake and the bao sandwich with beef. Everything was really tasty. My favorite place for lunch is Yori-Yori. Hands down, I've been ordering their food since 2011. I can't remember exactly, but it's been over ten years! I order the same thing (every time), and it is the stir-fried intestines spicy with lemon tea on the side. It is so so good. It never changed at all. I remember The same classic flavor over a decade ago when I first ordered it. The owners and or the staff are super-friendly, and the service is fast! Really enjoyed this gem inside 99Ranch market!! I've been missing Korean food since moving to Houston, and I am so happy I found this spot, great for both lunch and dinner! I've never found vegetarian bibimbap, and they offered that here!! The bibimbap was gooood and not too spicy. My spice tolerance is not the best haha. It's a small and neat little space. I am happy they offer a couple of ban chan and miso soup with the meal as well! read more

This location is inside Ranch Market. So you can buy groceries, milk tea and Asian desserts then go eat, all in one. Bul gogi plate and pork/kimchi tofu soup was yummy. Soup was way spicier than I anticipated and spiciest I've had, it had chopped jalapeños in it. There's no option to choose heat level. Disappointing. Food was good but prices were ridiculous. $30 for those 2 items, not cool. I've had all you can bbq for way less. I would have given scourge star if prices made more sense, more affordable. I'd recommend and I'd eat there again but not on regular bc of prices. More like stopping by after grocery shopping. read more

I love coming yori yori but the manager that took my order at 3:20pm on this beautiful Sunday afternoon was EXTREMELY rude. I have never experienced that level of disrespect when it came to customer service ever in my life. It all was because I asked if I could get a double order of potatoes and she said she doesn't know if they had enough so I asked her if she could ask the back and she was simply refusing and while she was giving me my change I asked if she could warm up the potatoes cause sometimes they come out cold and she put her finger up shushing me and that she can't talk and count change because "she's not as smart as me" which was so disrespectful and uncalled for. I hope this get handled because she can not talk to people that way. read more

So earlier today I had Morning GLORY And just like a lion I was feeling RORY Like Barbie I get accused of being WHORY But the only thing I swallow is from YORI YORI I find horror movies way too GORY And girls tell me my junk feels more like a LORRY But I always vote Labour ahead of TORY Cause I'm liberal like the portions at YORI YORI (actually they're sometimes kinda small but anyway) Now is it too late for me to say SORRY? Cause I'm missing more than just Barbie's BODY Cause she's off dating some New Zealand MAORI And I'm drowning sorrows down at YORI YORI In America it was Dallas, while Brits watched CORRIE I didn't like either, didn't get the FURORE Watching soaps is like being in PURGATORY But send me to hell if heaven doesn't have YORI YORI The only parking deck I use is MULTISTORY And Korean Soup should be a Jeopardy CATEGORY And served in every college DORMITORY Especially if it's straight from YORI YORI So let me tell you a little ALLEGORY From when I broke into a Soup LABORATORY I wasn't stealing, it was just EXPLORATORY Even though I was on someone else's TERRITORY So before you get all ACCUSATORY Let me finish this rap, it's MANDATORY And honestly it's kinda OBLIGATORY Like finding out whodunnit in a DETECTIVE STORY So if you think I'm quite ARTICULATORY Then let me know in a tone that's CONGRATULATORY That cough you have sounds a bit RESPIRATORY And I saw you on the 6th floor of the Book DEPOSITORY Now my tone might sound CONCILIATORY But if you ignore me, it's DISCRIMINATORY Because my whole Yelp is a K-Soup OBSERVATORY And the best Soup in Houston is YORI YORI WHAT I've been obsessed with Korean food since before I liked any other East Asian food, and my fave East Asian dishes are still Korean soups. I like K BBQ and Korean Fried Chicken, sure, but when it comes to K-Soup I am the king of Korea, without ever having been to Korea. You could say I made a whole Korea out of eating Korean soups. Anyway I'm a self-proclaimed expert by now, and I know all the best places with all the most delicious soups, and I have to save this little spot in the corner of the supermarket, inside 99 Ranch, makes some of the best soups in Houston, especially the wonderful Soondubu Tofu Soup with seafood, which is one of the best we've had anywhere, if not the very best. I love every bite, and it's hearty and thick and greasy and perfect. The Yuk Gae Jang is also great, it's so good that you'll never say Yuk, not even if you're a Gae. Jang. Service here is wonderful, especially some of the girls that work here are some of the nicest employees around Houston, and prices are excellent as well, in fact it's easily the cheapest version of Korean soups in Houston, while also being the very very best. Their sides are also some of the best around, with some good kimchi and great Seafood pancakes and bean sprouts, and the greasy potato side is one of Barbi's faves anywhere. The Yuk Gae Jang is excellent and tastes a lot more healthy than the tofu. When you ask for extra spicy they make it nice and spicy without up charging, and all in all, it ends up being one of my favourite places to eat in all of Houston. So if you need a shopping center, don't you WORRY Get down to this Market and do it in a HURRY The sales won't last forever, so come on, SCURRY Come and investigate like Mulder and SCULLY Even if your favourite kitten's being extra PURRY And even if its made your favourite outfit look FURRY And even if you're in the middle of a Thai Green CURRY Even if you spill your sauce cup of CHIMICHURRI Even if your vision is Puddle O Muddy (BLURRY) Even if you have to drive a Semi here (a LORRY) Even if Short Round wants Fortune & GLORY Even if the sale price is only half the STORY Even if New Labour just lost to a TORY Even if the movie that you're watching is GORY Even if up next is an encore of Finding DORY Even if you're cuddling with a stripper named LORI Even if Justin Bieber knows it's too late to say SORRY Even if you speed here, and cause a FURORE Even if you have to wear a diaper (no LAVATORY) Even if this all means something else (an ALLEGORY) Even if this all sounds Pakistani (like, LAHORE-Y) Even if you end up moving to this mall (you're MIGRATORY) Even if you pee inside the store (mark TERRITORY) Even if you buy 1 thing from each store (OBLIGATORY) Even if your teacher got convicted (STATUTORY) Even if a slur is aimed at you (DEROGATORY) Even if Kennedy did not get shot from the DEPOSITORY And even if there's no heaven or hell or PURGATORY And even if Oasis never did have MORNING GLORY And even if I engineered this rap in a LABORATORY It's time for you to depart your depressing DORMITORY And go and get some soup from YORI YORI WHAT! read more

I normally order from them for lunch. It's close by to my work and get it delivered. I like there beef bibimpa. They definitely take there time to prepare beef. It's skirt steak. Normally, it's tough and smelly but, it's very tasty! I appreciate taking time and effort. read more

I am inherently biased in that I think any restaurant that makes it inside an HMart is delicious, and this place has lived up to that reputation. I ordered the bulgogi and the bibimbap to share with a friend. Both were tasty and affordable, coming under $30 for both dishes, which is a rarity nowadays. Admittedly, there could have been more meat in the dishes, but given the low cost of the dishes, it was not wholly unexpected. I look forward to returning for a flavorful, cheap, quick meal. read more

The flavor is there. The meat portions leave much to be desired. I have been here twice and still feel the same way.

This restaurant is located right next to LA crawfish. There's an overwhelming selection of korean food. Luckily they were having a daily special discount for dolsot bibimbap for 8.99 instead of 9.99. The cashier at the front could improve her customer service; however, the food is simple and comes out quickly. This place is perfect for a quick bite but I wouldn't expect too much. Dolsot bibimbap with beef: 3.5/5 This dish comes with vegetables, eggs, and a small amount of beef on top of the rice. Don't forget the bibimbap sauce that's located on the counter next to the complimentary miso soup! I usually like put a generous amount of sauce in my bibimbap to give it extra flavor. It comes with 2 side dishes including kim chi, marinated fish cakes, or potatoes and onions. Black bean noodle: 3/5 The quality of the sauce and noodle is something that you can make yourself from the pre-made bags you find at any H-mart. This dish also comes with 2 side dishes as well. read more

This place has the worst customer service. Every time I come, there's always something that leaves me feeling not great. The other reviews that note this point are not exaggerating. They are unhelpful, easily annoyed with questions, and the prices our outrageous for the portions. For years, I've made excuses and continued to come since the location is convenient but I will no longer return to this establishment. Their customer service has not improved for the last three years and the girls in the front are rude and indifferent. Today, I ordered the lunch special of bu golgi to go due to covid. I asked if I could get Kim chi to go as well since In the past that was always included. She said the lunch only came with potatoes. So I said ok. I'll just keep the potatoes. My meal came out and there was no potatoes. It was just rice and bulgolgi- a lunch special for 10.99$ wow. No thanks. I'll be driving the extra distance down the street to hmart from now on. read more

Welcomed by a very nice lady. Great start!!! Came here with a friend to catch up and grab a small dinner. Food here is good. I ended up with the spicy chicken dish. Sigh, only disappointment was no where near spicy. I even asked for extra spicy. Away from that, the flavor of the dish was blended well, filled with chicken and other vegetables. Also received a side of Kim chi and the potatoes with a side of rice as well. Would I come back here again? Yes, but may try something different. My friend ended up with the beef noodles which I got to try. Definitely will try that one next time. read more

I like this place because it's just easy. Service is okay, timing can be a bit slow, but the food is decent. I ordered the SPICY BEEF SOUP. The broth is light, but beefy. I wouldn't say it's spicy. It's more of a mild flavor. I like adding the rice into the bowl and eating it with the noodles because it retains some of that broth. The meat for the most part is thinly cut, but you get only a few slices. Flavors are not anything to brag about, but it's okay. The SHRIMP FRIED RICE is just your typical fried rice with shrimp. Flavors are also nothing special, but if you want something simple then this is the place to go. I usually go here when I just want a regular, no hassle lunch. read more

The food was definitely worth the wait. I had the bibimbap with pork. The food was served in a very hot clay bowl. It created a crust on the rice that just made the dish. The vegetables were fresh and the dish was topped with a fresh egg. Add some bibimbap sauce and there you have it. A fantastic dish. Careful though, the clay pot kept the heat in the dish with each and every bite. The meal was also served with a side of fish cake, kimchee and miso soup. All this for a mere $8.99. I'd do it again in a heart beat. read more

I came here a couple years ago, forgot to post a review, and also forgot the bad experience. I came here last Sunday, and remembered what I thought about this place and my promise to myself of not coming back. We ordered 2 tofu soup, one beef and one vegetable. Food quality: The food was not great, soup needed flavor and some actual meat. There was no banchan either, just some kimchi and fish cakes, they were also very salty, old tasting and bad. Service part: My sister is vegan, hence, she asked if the broth was made with beef broth, and then if there was egg on it. The girl in the front, looked very young, sighed and expressed annoyed attitude, she said "I dont know but i'm sure its vegetable broth," we asked if she could ask the chef to make sure, oh man.... her eyes rolling and her face and body turning around, all were to tell us how annoyed she was to do her job. I dont remember what we asked after that, but she basically raised her hand up to say "whatever" and tried stopping us from speaking....We should have left..... It was on us for being hungry, continuing to be there and had the meal. Hopefully next time i come here, Yelp will stop me from making this mistake again. read more

I went to the counter asked for a salad and they refused to give it to me. It's only available for eating there but not to go. What kind of logic is that?
