Rick promptly answered all my questions respectfully and just showed up. Other companies made me feel like it was no big deal or I was overreacting etc. Rick never made me feel this way and the few times I've had to call or message him because of something that concerned me or freaked me out-he has always showed up and taken care of it. I hate bugs so this is important to me. I get monthly treatments and have been bug free since 2017. I love the products he uses-whatever it is. It's safe for my pups and kid and I love this service. I always get a monthly reminder the day before my scheduled treatment and he always goes above & beyond. I will be a customer for life as long as they are in business! I felt like I was in a true crisis and that meant the world to me that he made time to take care of my issues the same day. Julian was dispatched and very communicative about when he would arrive (I didn't do so well on my end I missed all the messages :( ) Julian was polite, patient, and so respectful. It was like he was sent from the lord! He was heaven-sent. I felt calm suddenly. To the pest issue. Josh came to the and sprayed the outside and inside perimeter of the house on a Friday. We have seen lots of ants in the tub everyday since then and washed them down the drain 3x/day for the past six days and we still have ants. When we called him to come back out he said he would the next day. The next day he called late in the afternoon and said there was nothing he could do but recommend we use the tub more often. He refused to come out. We have called another pest control company coming out tomorrow who guarantees their work. Josh the bug guy has the worst customer service. Do not waste your time with this guy!

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.

When we saw our neighbors getting their home treated, we know the inevitable result. The insects will move from their home to ours, and its just a matter of days before my wife is calling me away from whatever I may do doing at the time, to 'get rid of that thing'! So as David (presumably the owner) was leaving our neighbor's, I summoned him to take a look at our home and yard and give me a figure on how much it would be to get our home treated. I know that with any of the big brand pest services we see all the time in our neighborhood, that would have required a call to their office (or call center) and a prolonged pitch about how we need to be on a contract to have service every month or so. I was in the middle of a big remodel project, it was another 95 plus degree day here in Vegas, and I just wasn't up for that. David was truly a sight for sore eyes. He was kind enough to immediately provide a fair and reasonable quote, and rather than schedule service days down the line, David picked up the tools of his trade and made tracks to take care of the problem, THAT DAY. The cost was fair, the service was great and David is an awesome nice guy. A bit of a salesman with a gregarious and friendly personality, but not at all pushy. He. like the big-boys, did 'recommend' reoccuring service but made it abundantly clear that was not necessary and no contract (as the majors almost always require) was necessary to get service immediately. He politely asked permission to contact us in a couple of months, but that was the extent of any form of aggressive salesmanship. I respect him trying to build repeat business, recognized a need for ongoing support and agreed to future follow-up contacts from his company. Hopefully this helps you. Being new to Vegas I had no idea how prevalent roaches and scorpions are out here. I live on the mountain's edge so I literally get the worst of them... spiders and crickets too. I saw a deal for these folks on Living Social last fall ($15 for 2,500 sqft.), right about the time I no longer needed pest control, as it was getting cold. However it was valid for 6 months so I scooped it up anyway. I waited until the very last week the deal was valid before calling to schedule service, because it was just starting to warm back up. Jennifer was very kind, and I could tell I was working with a small family owned business, which I love to support. She told me that they only make it out the the Southwest part of town 1 day a month. She said she'd still honor my voucher (even after it was expired) if I could make that day work. A little inconvenient, but not really that big a deal. It happened to be 3 weeks out, but I was glad it would be a little warmer by then (so far I'd only seen one roach, and I figured and I'd need the service more in a few weeks anyway). They called the day before to remind me of the appointment, which I appreciated. But they showed up almost an hour late, I assume that's because they try to fit so many SW appts. into one day. They were in and out in 5-10 mins. kind and friendly service. The spray is dog and kid friendly, not that I have either but GTK. I asked about pricing for future needs and I was told $25 for the size of my home. A good value since I generally pay $40. For only $15 I wondered how good their spray would be. But the very next day I started seeing dead roaches outside my door and in the garage - got them buggers! I noticed they have a Yelp deal you can purchase too. I'll definitely call them again in a month or so, but I'm sure I'll have to wait again to get an appt. in my area.

We've asked our neighbors, many of them have them, too. The previous pest service advised the fake turf areas get cleaned, to cut down on that, as well, as get Republic to change out the dumpsters, for the dumpster enclosures to get regular cleanings, and, also, the dog waste that some people leave for the Porter to pick up, that contributes to the carpet beetles.

I have been using SinTech for about 4 years, and I would not even consider calling another company. In the Vegas heat, it is not an easy task getting rid of all the critters that come out, looking for cool air. I had a crazy ant infestation a few years back where I considered throwing away everything in my kitchen. After one super spray from these guys, that was not necessary. Price is very reasonable, and I have never once seen anything but dead bugs after they leave. I just moved into a new home and it went from pretty bad, to great after a spray from Jeremy. They call us to remind us when it's our time, which totally helps my busy schedule. They work around me and come at the end of the business day, even when it's over 100 out. Just an all around good company, ran by good people. I never get a bad or shady feeling. I never have bug issues after they leave, and I always get GREAT customer service. What more can I ask for?
