The other $85 was disputed with Visa and was successfully granted for the second identical service conducted 2 days later! WARNING TO EXISTING NEWMANNS CUSTOMERS, if you ever have any issues, be VERY cautious about reporting them as they could threaten to cancel and raise your monthly rates. Sadly, after losing a long-term great customer, and now others whom I had previously refereed, over a one time $85 service issue, it has led to this end. It appears to me that my best path forward is to head to small claims court to attempt to get this permanently resolved. Here's the kicker.... I have received 2 separate emails wanting to know if I want to schedule another service as it has been a 120 days since my last service!!
