I would advise anybody if you have a Harley and you're looking for audio for your bike this is not the place. I've been sold from them sets of speakers that she now tells me are garbage but championed them selling them to me. It is my ignorance that led me to spend thousands twice at this location still to have a shit sound. Do your homework if you go here make sure you get specifics and talk to her like she's a kid to make sure she understands everything you're saying to her. All they want to do is sell shit that don't work the way you want it to work and then you find out it was all garbage from her mouth directly. Yeah, that's what I'm saying and how I feel now. Yong's audio was recommended to me by a friend but I think their quality has gone down a lot recently. I have a 2016 Dodge Charger, I got a stinger navigation system and a backup camera installed. I paid $1800 dollars because I thought they were professionals. The system is PLUG AND PLAY, that means the connections all fit perfectly and it was made for the car, there's no custom wiring. This is will be important later. 1. I went to pick up the car, and the climate control wasn't working. They took it back, called the company for tech support. Mind you, they are PROs, right? guess what, they had the connector hub BACKWARDS. I thought that's a bad move for PROs right? Well this was only the start of my headaches. 2. The bluetooth phone connection and the Apple Carplay wouldn't allow me to hear anyone on the phone. I went back, took them close to 45-60 mins to call the company again and realize it's a setting, which to this day I think was a lie because there's no setting for this. But they are PROs right? I gotta trust them. Lets keep it moving 3. The A/C controls come loose on the freeway, come to find out, the technician had BROKEN on the clips on the A/C control panel. Remember the one that they reversed connections on? 4. I go back to fix the loose A/C controls because I trusted them, I arrive and the owner calls the technician that worked on my car. As the Technician is coming out, the owner says to me "MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LAST PROBLEM" like WTF? You guys messed up my car, you broke the clip, you left the panel loose, and I'm causing problems? THIS SET ME OFF AND THIS IS WHY IM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN EVERYONE THEY DON'T SUPPORT THEIR WORK AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU PAY. 5. Anyways, Tech comes over, removes the AC controls. I can SEE all the wires hanging out, no wire ties, no clips, nothing, just bouncing around. THIS ISN'T PROFESSIONAL. Wires should be secured. I didn't have time to argue, I told him that and he ignored me. 6. Then he installs the AC panel, and I should him the center console isn't lined up. He says and I swear "It's like that". At this point I don't want these idiots touching my car so I drive off. 7. Next is all the problems I discovered after, first the backup camera, it was installed on the taillight circuit, not the REVERSE LIGHT like the manual says. NOW I HAVE A WIRING PROBLEM in my taillight that I need to go have removed and installed properly. 8. There's wires everywhere in my trunk, they didn't even tuck them in away from damage and exposure. I attached pictures of the center console, wires, and backup that is ALWAYS on while I'm driving. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. My name is Mo, I'm a professional shop owner from Southern California. THESE PEOPLE ARE MICKEY MOUSE INSTALLERS. They do BAD WORK. Do not trust these people with your car. I paid close to 2000 dollars including all the rideshares and gas and everything for the headaches they gave me and the owner still said "MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LAST PROBLEM". They've done nothing but create problems for me. They are a horrible company, they don't support their work, they reject real complaints. Trust me when I tell you, they will hide their mistakes, they will damage your car. You will not be happy. Please do not go here. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. The mom and dad look like nice people before they take your money but after they receive payment they are absolutely horrible to deal with. I wish I paid with a credit card, I would've filed a chargeback in the state of California. DO NOT PAY CASH either, get protection from your credit card company. THESE PEOPLE CLAIM NO RETURNS OR WARRANTIES, so protect yourself. DO NOT GO HERE! I regret going here, I wish I found a more reputable shop and didn't trust my friends recommendation. I have had many car stereos installed from Best Buy to Ovation. Never a problem. I bought a radio from Yong Audio and they were to install it along with some speakers and an amp on July 6th. I never got an oral or written quote on the install except on the day of the install. The owner called once during the day to raise the quote and then another time when I came to pick up my car. Total was around $970. When I picked up the car a very young man who gave me my keys said that it didn't always start up the first time. He was right. It didn't start the second, third, fourth and so on. When I went to the owner he blamed it on the key fob and replaced the battery. Once we did get it started he told me he had two cars behind me and he wanted me to bring it back. the next day. He said he could not keep it overnight inside and would not leave it outside. When I got home I decided to take it to the dealer because I watched how he struggled with the key fob. The mechanic said that someone had drilled into the fire wall, (when it was not necessary) and shorted some wires which in turn destroyed the car's computer the ECM. I bought this car new in 2012 and never had a problem. In the meantime, I sent Yong's 2 e-mails describing the situation and how I was in the process of getting a rental while we waited for parts. This happened on July 6th. Yong's contacted me on July 21st. They sent 2 e-mails on the same day with two different versions as to what happened- neither their fault. A few days later they started leaving voice mails on my phone. Again, nothing on the messages about a solution or taking responsibility. As of right now, August 5th, it will be a month without my car. I'm racking up huge bills for rental cars during the peak vacation season. We are still waiting for an ECM because they are scarce. While Yong's has many good reviews they also have many bad ones. The bad ones they NEVER accept blame or responsibility. I will update this review once I get my car returned with the total repair bill and what I spend on rental car fees this summer. This has been a total nightmare this summer! read more

Wanted a remote start kit for my F150 and these guys were just down the road. There are (4) 1-star reviews but they were all kind of silly so I tried them out. They told me it would be an hour and a half and came in 20 minutes under. They saved me a couple Uber rides by pointing that out to me. read more

After being a customer for years, and after having them install a remote starter, complete audio systems, new speakers, head units and/or amplifiers in three different cars, I will not be giving any more business to Yongs and neither should you. I had to take the car back three times, and when after the third time there was still a problem -- I took it to another business to pay to make it right. ZERO!!!! Terrible customer service, No on to reason with, and they do not stand behind their work! My remote start that they installed has needed to be reprogrammed every few months (which it should not) and they think that it's ok to charge me a $50 service fee each time because it's after the p day. Today would've been the second time and by the 3rd it would be almost as much as I paid for the product. On top of that, they can't tell why it continues to happen. I called Viper to see if they could instruct me personally and upon documentation so we discovered that it was parts that hadn't been used that was still in the box that viper said shouldn't be. They continued to throw 30 days past down my throat and was very combative. They just weren't any way going to try to make things right. As a matter of fact they told me since I still have the manual I could figure out how to do it myself or ask Viper if o walk me through it and that I never have to buy from them again. Smh I. Will. wish I could give zero stars. Literally spent about eight hours over a total of three days of this horrific "business"! They installed a stereo from us at $900 without informing us that none of our backup cameras or Birdeye cam reviews would no longer be functional then when I called he got very upset with me after going back-and-forth debating for two days he finally told me to come back in and he would put my regular factory screen back into my vehicle when I got there he stated that "I can't wait to be done so I never have to deal with you or your vehicle ever again" and I also replied to him "and I hope to never have to come back to this piece of shit business again either"! Now that we've left our cameras work just fine however, I'm assuming from adjusting the cameras our trunk button no longer works on our keypad or the push button on the back of the truck. They are now closed, but I will be fine tomorrow and hopefully they will fix it but I wouldn't be surprised if he says it's not his fault. I would not recommend this place and I think you're an idiot if you choose to do so! They're very overpriced. Their products are garbage, and Customer Service is horrific! read more

I am HEAVY in the car audio game here in Indy. I know pros and cons to every shop. Stopped in here for the first time a few days ago and was absolutely blown away. The inventory they have is larger than any shop I've ever been to. Prices were dirt cheap as well. The new kicker solo X dropped a week ago and they already have them. Anywhere online they are $750 and Young's had multiple for only $600, I couldn't believe it. They have pride subwoofers, which I have never even seen in person before, diamond amps, BDCP Rockfords, Ground zero, infinity kappa, Orion HCAA, literally anything I could ever want they had. I feel so stupid that I didn't get familiar with them 5 years ago. Staff is very knowledgeable with regards to the science behind things. They stay up to date with what's new and definitely are passionate about car audio. And again, their prices are unreal. Cheaper than Amazon. They just earned a new lifelong customer for sure. read more
