After passing the Yolk Cafe dozens of times, it was clear that we needed to stop by. The restaurant looks small, but when you walk in, it's a fairly large area. We were seated quickly and a nice thing about the menu, is you can choose between breakfast and lunch. Hubs chose a classic Ruben sandwich with fries, I went with their signature skillet. Portions were large and the food was very good. They offer a variety of breakfast options like omelets, waffles and the skillets. Lunch has just as many options, with salads, sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. Service was good, the wait staff is used to handling large groups and they do a good job. Our server Shannon was very efficient, she stopped by several times to ask how things were going. She bought the to go box I asked for, along with two drinks to go. There was no way I could finish that ginormous meal! It was an enjoyable brunch and next time I'll try their coffee, it's supposed to be pretty good. Excellent lunch. Two of us had the Garden salad with a scoop of their homemade chicken salad on top. The salad was large. The chicken salad was delicious. It came with a piece of homemade pumpkin bread. There was enough food for lunch and dinner for both of us. Another person had a turkey club. It was delicious. Bacon was nice and crispy. The bread was toasted lots of meat it was we started with a cup of the chicken corn chowder and another cup of the broccoli soup chicken corn chowder had a southwestern flavor had a little bit of a cake to it. The broccoli soup was delicious. Both are very good. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and or for lunch. read more

The fam and I were back in the west coast ... for a period of time today. After driving early this morning, we decided to catch a bite to eat for Breakfast at Yolk Cafe! Going in, there were a decent amount of people seated, but we managed to snatch a table quickly. For breakfast we ordered 1x egg & cheese sandwhich on a English muffin, 1x breakfast platter with bacon, sunny side up eggs, pancake, and home fries, and 1x Mediterranean omelet. Going into my review, while the menu had a nice array of dishes, the execution could be improved. The egg sandwich felt deconstructed and would've liked cheese melted on top, but the eggs were soft though! The breakfast platter had nice thick bacon, yolky eggs, and somewhat crispy home fries (nothing bad here). Pancake was nice and fluffy; definitely fresher than what you'd find at your local IHOP or Dennys! While the omelet had plentiful of fresh ingredients, the eggs holding it felt dried out and casserole lacked cheesiness I was craving. In addition, our server took care of our needs, but seemed reserved. Overall, breakfast was decent, but could certainly be better with some tweaks as mentioned above. Sometimes I wear political hats I've been in yoke and coffee a couple times and every single time I get sick like somebody spit in my food I now have the flu after last eating there and the food was terrible like they did something to it. This place is every time I go in there is packed with conservative types with horrible s*** on their shirts and hats nothing compared to what I wear. Just a warning to anybody that goes in there that the manager or owner runs around like a bully he looks like he's crazy. read more

Yolk Cafe is one of those spots your stumble on that feels like a hidden gem. It's tucked away in a plaza in North Naples and has this relaxed modern country mom & pop vibe that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. They have a full breakfast and lunch menu with many different options, plus drinks, flavored mimosas, and an early bird special. The food was tasty, portions were generous, and the prices were refreshingly reasonable for Naples. You really do get a lot of value here. We went after the breakfast rush and it was the perfect time. No wait, quick service, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. It made the whole experience feel easy, quiet, and enjoyable. I had a Pastrami Reuben sandwich with side salad! 10/10. Overall, Yolk and Coffee is the kind of place I know I'll keep coming back to. Great food, good vibes, and fair prices. This is actually one of the better diners I have been to in Naples. My Dad was visiting from NY and we decided to give this place a shot for breakfast one morning in May. The restaurant is pretty big inside with outdoor seating. The wait staff are super friendly and help with questions as needed. The menu is extensive similar to every diner in the NE. The breakfast featured all the necessary staples like eggs your way, meat selection, potatoes and toast for a reasonable price. My wife orders from the lunch menu and had the Reuben. The food is tasty, the atmosphere is great and the people are lovely. Give it a chance. I am super happy we did. read more

Nice relaxed place for brunch. Friendly and efficient service. We were here for the first time today. We took advantage of the early morning specials. We both had small omelets with a pancake on the side. I had a Denver omelet and my wife a mushroom and cheese. It was more than enough to eat and included coffee or tea for $9.99. Egg was perfect sauce on top was yummy. The cheese hash browns were really good. My companion had a breakfast burrito. He did have anything much to say about it, but ate the whole thing. This is a nice spot for breakfast in north Naples. Used to be a poached location. Nice menu with lots of choices. What really stood out was our server Shannon! She was friendly and super attentive! Another positive experience at Yolk with my wife earlier toady. She enjoyed the eggs Benedict (but with the sauce on the side, as they use a LOT!). I enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwhich which was pretty good. The chips on the side are a basic plain potato chip like Lays or something. Our waitress was friendly and the food was served pretty quickly. This is a great spot serving both breakfast and lunch. read more

Overall its 4.5 stars. I've eaten here twice - once when it was called Poached, and once after it was renamed The Yolk. Apparently the owners of Poached sold this location (but kept the other 2) and this location is now The Yolk... but inside the computers for the menu and receipts still say Poached. :) The menu is basically the same as it was when it was Poached.... the cranberry chicken salad on a croissant was my favorite lunch special! Big portions, you can usually take half of the sandwich home for lunch the next day unless you're a big eater. Friendly staff. Good stuff. read more

First time to dine at Yolk Cafe and we are very glad we wandered in! Clean, friendly and welcoming. Loved that we could get breakfast or lunch as my husband and I got one of each. Saw a few police officers dining there as well...always like to see that! This is a small, family owned business....glad we could support them. I got an omelet and it was super flavorful, cooked perfectly. My husband got a ribeye panini. He said it had loads of flavor. They were very generous with portions! One of the owners waited on us, she was friendly and we could tell really cared what we thought of the food. She pointed out some of the most popular items and they didn't disappoint.
