Not what I was expecting. 3-4 people with the same time appointment. Assistant dos not know how to wash hair or do loose waves. I left looking like a quinceañera doll for a cake. Place is ran down and pricy for the services provided (toner, cut and blowout). Haircut took less than 35 seconds and a bad job. I left looking worse than when I came in. I haven't had a haircut for over two years because I am a hairstylist and have a tendency to spend more time on other people than myself, so I usually just do it myself. Finally had time and took the chance and it was amazing. Yolanda made sure that I was I was educated about everything that was going to happen with my haircut which I really appreciated because some people will just chop you up without a care in the world. I wanted a shag to really emphasize my wave/curl texture, which I haven't been able to see in so long because my hair was so long and it literally turned out amazing. I've known Yolanda, the owner for years. She is an excellent human and a very talented hair stylist. I keep coming back because I am always treated kindly and the service is always top notch. Through the years I've changed my hair style so much and she always gives me honest opinions about how to keep my hair healthy, particularly because she uses quality products like Olaplex, she doesn't cut corners and gives you the best she has! Bad haircut. Wish I could get a refund to go somewhere they could try to fix this mess. I grew my hair out for four years. And she spent about 3 minutes cutting it and clearly didn't know what I wanted. It's uneven and makes me look dumb. I won't go back My hair didn't look as good as I thought it could have. The salon was empty and it felt like I was ruining her day. Now I have to live with a really bad haircut till it grows out. I don't trust them to 'fix' it read more

I went in as a walk in, specifically said I only wanted to spend the $50 for a cut. The girl who cut my hair asked what style I wanted and I said a straight cut. She said that we could try the length and if I didn't like it she would go shorter. When she started cutting she didn't wet my hair, and gave me a dry cut. When I checked myself to see if it was even it wasn't. She asked if I liked the length and and I asked her to go shorter. Even Yoli asked to make sure I only wanted to spend $50 and then told me as the stylist was cutting that they would have to charge me extra for cutting my hair again to a shorter length. I felt upset but tried not to show it. I didn't feel welcome, they were nice the vibe was there but my experience was not it. I ended up paying $78 for a simple cut. I could've spent those $78 at Ulta for a cut, and a wash and dry. I've tried giving salons a shot since I've always had bad experiences. This one did not help. read more

From the start the messages were super unprofessional and I could barely even properly communicate with the workers,they would leave me on delivered for HOURS when I asked a question,then when I got there no one attended me or greeted me or even acknowledged my presence,after deciding to sit in the waiting area,I was there for 30 minutes before I finally got attend when the worker had initially had said to be there a specific time,after that the lady kept pressuring me to buy he products that she had in stock after I told her multiple times that I rather order it online,and continued to give me attitude after I didn't comply to buy her products,after the pre appointment was done I was never informed that we had to pay a $25 fee,I payed it obviously but a heads up would've been fair. read more

I made an appointment to have my hair cut with Yoli. When I went in there was no record of my appointment, but was told she'd be right with me. Someone came and started cutting my hair, and after several minutes I realized the stylist wasn't Yoli. I told the stylist I didn't want more than an inch taken off, and she cut off four. She gave me uneven, haphazard layers that are impossible to style. Several people have told me that this is the worst haircut they've ever seen. I'm just hoping another stylist will be able to help remedy the style in a few weeks. I was disappointed because I thought I'd found a hidden gem, but I will never go back. read more

I have been a year and have tried different places and the results are always the same, too much money and not a great job. Today as I was driving towards my son school. I saw the salon and looked at the and said "what the heck" I went in and Carolina took care of me. OMG, she washed, cut, blow dry and style under 40 minutes. Not just that, but it was like she new what I was looking for as far as style because, she only didn't really ask me anything. Its like she look at me and made an assessment of what would work for me. I am not just satisfy but excited with my look. I will not go there again! I read reviews before I made an appointment @10 and they were good reviews there for that was my reasoning on going there. I got there on time for my appointment for a cut and color and my sister was a walk in. Well one lady did my cut and I showed her pic of hair and color that I wanted and she cut it and cut my bangs to short not how i wanted as in pic. Then after cut i was told to sit in next chair and try a sample on hair for 30 min and then when done they checked and was left there for more then an hour while the original girl cutting my hair worked on two other people and just left me not saying a word to me. Then the owner finally started my hair and not an apology for the wait at all! Then the girl who started my sisters did her lightning to her hair and told her ok I'm done one of the other girls will work on your hair and left. The one who originally did my cut just left me there too. Then the owner was gong back and forth to us and other customers and asked another employee if she could dry my sister me hair and she said no! So my hair finally got colored and was not the color I wanted at all! She started cutting my hair to not knowing exactly how I wanted it cut and had to show her. No communication from any one there or employees. Felt like we got thrown around like some hooker (as a reference) we were at that place from 10 am till 6::30 while other customers got done before us and I had an appointment! She did redo my hair the next day cause I text her but won't go there again. read more

I showed her a picture of a hair color I wanted, and agreed upon price. She ended up getting upset because I wanted the price to be reduced based on a job she could not follow through. NEVER go here! After 4 years of not letting anyone touch my hair after a bad haircut a friend referred me here so I decided to try it. Called Tuesday to make a 2 a clock appointment for Saturday knowing that salons are slammed on that day. I show up at 2 and was rudely told to wait...waited 45 mins without a word said to me after finally deciding to just leave. Very rude and unprofessional! Don't see how this place is still open ha! This place is a hidden gem!! I took my fiance there to get cleaned up (when I say cleaned up, I mean, FULL BEARD, LONG THICK HAIR! It was more like a MAKEOVER!) and she did SUCH an amazing job! I can't begin to describe all that she did. They were all so nice too! AND, while I was sitting there waiting on him, I was noticing how much I liked her hair. Now, I'm usually the type who pays a fortune for a cut, and only goes to the Aveda salons, the Toni & Guys, etc. but over the past couple of years, they have NOT been giving me what I want. So I asked her if she had time to do mine right after his. She did, and it looks AMAZING! She did exactly what I wanted, NO PROBLEM! Not only that, but she curled, and waved my hair for me!! My hair is long and straight, could never hold a curl, and she went in and curled every piece! We had engagement photos that night, and it held up all night, and looked so beautiful in my pictures. To top it off, we wanted our three year old to get his cut the following day, AFTER our pictures, but the salon was going to be closed. They offered to come in anyways, just to cut his hair!!! This place is so awesome! We happened upon a true treasure. It's just a little tucked away gem. I am telling you, anybody reading this, any picky ladies (I am as picky as they come), check this place out! We were so happy with our services. The prices are amazing, the service was amazing, we loved it, and we will be regulars. I really didn't think that going in to get my fiance cleaned up would result in us finding a family hairdresser! After having the same person cut my hair for the last 15 years, I found out that he was moving to Dallas and I needed to find a new stylist. I don't believe in paying hundreds of dollars to get my hair cut and colored, so I tried this place, which is close to home. I don't know about everyone else there, but Pablo has cut my hair twice and waxed my eyebrows and done a great job. I will be going back to him from now on. read more
