The overall experience is fun because you build your own cup. My go to is plain tart. Great variety of toppings (fruits, mochi, chocolate, etc.). It was $15.69 for these two cups. It's a lighter dessert, which doesn't make you feel too stuffed or guilty after. Good customer service. They have a few tables for seating. A lot of parking spots available. I've been going to this yogurtland location for many years, and recently, I've noticed that the quality and consistency of their frozen yogurt has changed drastically. The frozen yogurt is definitely more icy and watery which results in it melting pretty quickly, and the flavors being pretty bland now. It used to be much creamier, so the flavors were much stronger. I only really get two flavors which are the cookies and cream and plain tart and both have definitely been more icy, the cookies and cream used to be a creamy greyish brown color, now it comes out dark brown and watery, plain tart was also creamy before. I came about 20 minutes after opening and the gentlemen was still setting up and getting everything ready. I didn't mind it too much, but if I'm coming in when it opens I'm expecting the place to be fully functioning and ready by that time. Honestly, this is probably going to be my go-to Yogurtland from here on out. My usual spot has an issue with rude, self absorbed, teeny boppers running the show and I'm gonna have to simply say "PASS!!" Employees are friendly, patient, and eager to help whenever help is needed. For all these reasons and more, I find it the perfect place to bring my 3yo. We never feel rushed nor do the staff show any kind of annoyance- I'm not sure if they're just really good at holding it in but my child's indecisiveness is never an issue. We took half of The Alphonso Mango Tart with the small mango balls as toppings and half of Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream with Oreo, waffle and cheesecake bites as toppings. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR YOGURTLAND BIG SPOON PROMOTION. Came with my friends today for the Yogurtland Promotion. We all hoped we could each get a giant spoon in celebration of the promotion (as advertised) but when we asked for additional spoons he was very strict and claimed that they don't give more than one. He claimed the flyer never said they could give more than one and so we pointed to the wall where the flyer explicitly said there is a limit of 4 spoons. He again denied us and said they don't do that. Why are you outwardly false advertising then? Moving forward, if you are going to run promotions and explicitly state in your flyer the quantity that can be provided, you should at least follow through. read more

Of the three flavors, I liked the Pistachio the most followed by the Alphonso Mango Tart. I liked the sweetness of the Pistachio, and the Guava Passion Tart was a bit too tart for the temperature when I visited; it would be good for a hot day. The Alphonso Mango Tart is a good compromise between sweet and tart. The service was self serve, but the owner or manager seemed to really enjoy what he did. After what I am sure was a very busy bogo day, he stayed open a little later to make sure that everybody who got in line before and a little bit after 9 (they close at nine) were able to get yogurt. And as the last people in line went in to the store, he started singing to entertain the crowd: Edelweiss from The Sound of Music. A refreshing treat to have after a good work out at the gym. I was so hot from doing my workout that I went to cool myself down with yogurt. Yogurt is one of the best sources of probiotics. This week they have a great line up of flavors. I tried out their creamy vanilla, Rocket Pop and strawberry all mixed together. I made space for the toppings that I indulged myself. I mixed it up with mochi, strawberries, pineapple, and a maple cookie. I was surprised by the new toppings, maple cookie and Stroopwafel. I'll try the Stroopwafel next time. Yogurtland is so far the only place I can find mochi. It's definitely a treat to try if you haven't had it on a yogurt. We came to here to grab a bowl and was informed I have a birthday reward and the owner/cashier sang me a birthday song in Indian with my son and husband by my side. There were 30 minutes before closing but they already were cleaning up the outside so I wasn't sure if they were still open or not but they were. There was a smaller selection of yogurt and most of them tasted the same compared to each other. After we were done getting our yogurt we went to a toppings bar with more selection than the yogurt. We ran into some more trouble while paying as I was trying to use the buy 1 get 50% off coupon for checking in on Yelp but it seemed like the worker didn't know it was a thing. There was something off about the frozen yogurt here--the texture was slushy/icy. I'm not sure if it was a temperature control thing or if the yogurt was watered down, but it was not pleasant--think melted ice cream that was refrozen and had a lot of ice crystals. Nothing like the smooth creamy froyo you usually get from other Yogurtland locations. They also did not have regular sized cups, only large when I went. Just a heads up that unfortunately inflation has doubled Yogurtland prices and ONE ounce is now 61 cents! I really miss those days where yogurt was 31 cents an ounce, but alas, I understand that businesses are struggling during this time. Nevertheless, if I'm paying $6 for a cup that's not full, I'd rather take myself to an artisan ice cream or gelato place where I can get much better quality for the same price. I used to love yogurtland for their unique flavors, but it seems like they've put a hold on that after the pandemic. Nothing wrong with a good old solid tart, strawberry, chocolate or mango flavored yogurt, but also considerably boring for the consumer, especially since a lot of the flavors are really similar. Also not too big of a fan of the customer service here. I'm all for supporting AAPI and immigrant-owned businesses, but I find that the owner at this location is unnecessarily pushy about paying with cash. It's a pandemic for Christ's sake, and not everyone feels comfortable handling loose change and bills while paying for their food (plus we're in a National coin shortage!). I've loved Yogurtland ever since my first taste back in Irvine where it was originally located. I remember the lines out the door for it. These days now that it's been franchised, those lines only seem to occur when it's a free yogurt day. Today after our smoke/grilled smelling feast at Leichi, we needed something sweet to balance all the savory. I suggested Yogurtland and well this Yogurtland was the most convenient spot on our way home. Located right next to CitySports in a fairly sizeable plaza with Koja Kitchen, Chipotle and Five Guys. Parking near this Yogurtland is fairly easy as it's far from the more frequented restaurants and also the side/backside of the fitness center. I've always seemed to be greeted by the owner and he always provides sample cups always stating you can grab more instead of reusing your cups due to sanitary reasons. I always sample the new flavors. I do like that they still have the roasted almond topping here, but then again each Yogurtland seem to vary in toppings here and there except maybe some toppings that they're always promoting along with some new flavor. Overall, it's an okay spot to pick up a froyo. It's not my usual spot to go to, but in a pinch, it'll do. read more

The small paper cups for samples are behind the counter, just ask the counter person for cups. For 3 of us, he gave us only 2 so I had to ask for 2 more.
