I mean it's just a yogurt place so there's not really much to review. But the most recent time I came here, there was no one in the cashier and no one around to give me a sample cup to try the yogurt. I ended up getting my yogurt and noticed that the fruit toppings section was a mess, some fruits were missing and the strawberries looked rotten. When I arrived at the cashier, the employee was still not there. I had to yell "hello" for someone to finally come up to the front. read more

Visited again last Sunday after dinner coz I saw their facebook ad about their rich chocolate ice cream flavor and hell yeah it was good! Love their yogurt flavors! Nothing new here. It's your typical chain froyo place. They've got a decent selection of flavors and toppings, water in case it gets to be too sweet, and staff friendly and willing to answer any questions you've got if you're new to the froyo game. read more

Love this place only on the weekends when I don't have to watch my calories. My favorite is the chilli mango sorbet with sprinkles brownies etc around the side. This new location is the smallest Yogurtland I've ever been to, yet it was still cozy. The usual good experience from Yogurtland, and the area was kept nice, clean, and organized. The parking can be congested during peak hours, as this is a small plaza with many businesses. But I'm just so glad there is a Yogurtland finally open closer to me! read more

Terrible customer service! you could tell these people hate their lives. I came around 9pm.

By far the worst yogurt land to go to as far as customer service and cleanliness. Don't ever come here late at night as they shut down almost every flavor even when the posted times say they'll be open for another hour or so, they don't care. Had the worst experience tonight when I attempted to get rung up at the register, the girl behind the counter had be waiting way too long as she talked to a friend right next to me and proceeded to act as if I wasn't right in front of her face. Every time I go here it's another bad story lol. The employees definitely need a stern talking to in the areas of friendliness and customer service in general... it's just terrible. read more

Dishonest Staff: Likely. Unconcerned, cavalier management: Confirmed. Here are the facts: My friend's little boy accidentally left his iPad at this location--because he's a little boy, after all.. A "find my iPhone" Apple search confirmed its last location as the Yogurtland. When my friend went to go retrieve it, the girls behind the counter got very nervous and one of them mouthed "NO" to the other. They said there was no iPad found at the store. But when my friend produced the proof from the "find my iPhone" service, they got even more cagey, went to the back, and came out with a new story: Someone else had claimed the iPad----like some person just somehow knew there'd be an iPad back there that they could just claim. Since my friend is no fool, she pressed management who said they couldn't do anything and wouldn't help her get to talk to someone higher on the chain (district manager). Nor would they let my friend see surveillance footage. Basically, whoever at the at the store took the iPad had to know they were about to be busted. Then, an hour later, my friend gets a text from a stranger that he found her iPad---He says, get this: He found it at the Yogurtland, took it home, "accidentally" wiped it, and lost the cover---then, right after my friend came looking for it---suddenly decided to bring it back to the Yogurtland. Here's the conjecture: Isn't that amazing timing? I'm not sure why he didn't turn it in to Yogurtland or an apple store to begin with, or how he accidentally wiped it, and that somehow the cover flew off by itself and was lost---and then in a wild coincidence figured out to take it back to Yogurtland and get my friend's contact info just as my friend was trying to contact Yogurtland corporate and file a police report. What caused the change of conscience? Is it possible that his friend who works at Yogurtland told him to bring it back before they were caught? Of course it is. Maybe the management was involved and maybe they weren't, but we do know this: They hire dishonest people, and they don't do the right thing when it comes to looking after their customers. read more

I asked the cashier if she would bring some more peanut butter out and she first lied and told me it would take 10-15 minutes because it needs to defrost to which I responded with... I've been here enough times to know it only takes a minute to replace... To which she says that she doesn't know and needs to ask her manager... Then gives me a blank stare and says, "can't you just have something else." Talk about customer service... This WAS my go to spot for frozen yogurt. This place is terrible! I've been here about 5 times or so but I will never go back again after this last time. The ice cream is always melted, they don't have enough workers for the amount of customers that come in, and most of the time you're waiting in line for a while so by the time you get to the front to pay, you're ice cream is even more melted! I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, thinking 'maybe it'll be better next time, i.e. the ice cream won't be melted or they'll have more workers' but nope! This is where my wife likes to get her sweet tooth fix. It always tastes good because when does froyo not taste good? Unfortunately it always does so it's probably best to talk about something other than the fun taste. This place never feels very clean..and on numerous occasions you walk in and it has that public bathroom smell. I have been going to this place and just ordered a party to go with Crystal. She's been very helpful and very accommodating. This afternoon's experience with Rebecca was definitely not a great one!! I told her that I have and wanted to use two rewards I have in my account. She tried entering it in the register...she told me I could only use one reward bc she already weighed two cups at the same time and didn't know how to delete the entries and re-enter. On top of that, she had an attitude! First of all, you need to be a people-person if you want to work here...make people happy especially if the costume a are nice (I can understand if the costumers have bad attitude); and I didn't and was very nice to her. This is my frustration...you treat people nicely and then, they give you attitude...why? Because they hate their job! My advise - if you're not happy with what you do; leave and let other people, who are more deserving to work there, work there! It's that simple!!!! Just got here today with my daughter. When I pressed their chocolate shell dispenser, it sprinkled everywhere -their countertop, in our hands, bag, watch, and shirts. The cashier didn't even bother to help us. She just stood there, waited for us to pay, finished cleaning up the mess including their counter. She didn't even offer a wipe/napkin. I asked her if they have something for wiping or a napkin, she just pointed us a napkin outside the counter. A good customer service should show concern and help especially it's their dispenser that doesn't work good. read more

I work in customer service myself, and things like the the one I encountered at this location with two of the cashiers(Melanie and I can't remember the other young ladies name) are what make customers go back again and again. I had already gone to go buy my daughter a cup of froyo along with my cup and my wife's. My daughter loves boba and she wanted us to go buy her another cup but the second time it was just a cup with boba. When I was about to pay, Melanie told my daughter "oh you're back for more" and She said yes, then I told her, but look at what she is getting *laughing* and when she looked she giggles and tells her "you're only getting boba. " right when I was about to pay, it was going to be $1.93 and the other girl looks over and says "why it is $1.93 and Melanie replies "the baby only took boba" and then the other girl says to charge me only for 3oz. Honestly, I would have done the same. It's not about the money, but the action that was taken here and I want to tell the world that those two girls deserve a round of applause because they know what customer service is all about. Yougurtland eagle rock location unfortunately sucks! Went there tonight and pulled up on my motorcycle with my girlfriend who wanted some frozen yougurt on her birthday before they closed...as we were gonna park employee in black uniform went to the door and began locking it..i thought it was passed 11pm..i gestured to her if they were closed and she said yes..as i started to ride off i stoped and pulled out my phone to see what time it was and it showed 10:49 pm..i looked back at her as she looked at me and i gave her a nod of disapproval. ..so i proceeded to yougurt haven next door...we got there 10:55 and asked if they were closed and they said "no..we dont close till 11 and we stick by that," says the guy behind the counter..told him thanks and apologized to him for coming last minute ...then told him that we went to yogurtland first but they decided to close before 11 but we were sure glad we came to Yogurt Haven instead where they close at the right time and their toppings section is always clean...that sucks Yougurthaven girl in the black uniform!...you saw me stop and look at my phone to check the time, too...Yogurt haven all the way!
