I really liked this place. I mean who doesn't LOVE frozen yogurt. I appreciated the cleanliness of the whole location. I know sometimes it can be harder to keep frozen yogurt places incredibly clean with all the toppings but this place did just that! The variety of flavors and toppings was a highlight I never expected. I was surprised with dole whip flavors like pineapple and pomegranate which was honestly a wonderful combo! The toppings ALSO blew me away! I've never seen another ice cream/ froyo location have different kinds of dough like brownie, cake, and cookie! I was able to try both the brownie and cookies and cream dough and they were amazing. If there were an option to just have those, I would be sold! Take my money!! On top of that, the workers there were so kind and helpful when cashing out! They served with a smile and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working there! This is your typical self serve yogurt place similar to Cherry Berry. You load up your own bowl and pay by weight. The kid in line behind us was coughing on the toppings. Not their fault but kind of gross and I wish the employees would have said something they had a nice outside area that was dog friendly. It is right next door to Chic Filet so it worked out well to stop for desert. I think kids like it more than adults, but it can be expensive if you load up too much. read more

Not a bad little froyo shop, but I wouldn't say that it's a particularly impressive one either. The interior decor is pretty cute. It seems to have a soft blue color scheme that looks pretty nice compared to some other froyo color schemes. Yogurtini is located on the corner of a strip mall and pretty close to Hy-Vee, Dollar Tree, Super Saver, and a lot of other stores where you can purchase groceries. The building has some exterior tables and chairs for when there's nice weather. Interior has booths as well as table-and-chair set-ups. Yogurtini has a lot of options for yogurt - I wasn't insanely fond of most of them, though. Quite a few of them seem to be fruity-type flavors, and they didn't seem to have a standard "Vanilla, Non-Fat, No Sugar Added" flavor like almost every other froyo chain has. Since that's my standard flavor, I was kinda disappointed. On the brighter side, they have a large, and easy-to-read board that lists off all of the flavors as well their fat content and calorie content. Nowhere is "NSA" defined, though, so for you newbies, it means "No Sugar Added". The Double Cappuccino flavor is surprisingly intense espresso-ish flavor, so be aware of that. It was surprisingly accurate to its name, but I was hoping for more of a sweetened type of coffee flavor. Oh well. Machines were a bit hard to use. They definitely require a bit of force in order to get the froyo to come out. Not a huge deal, though. Toppings were surprisingly unique here! They had HUGE cookie dough pieces and HUGE brownie pieces - unlike the tiny, 1/2" balls that most froyo places tend to have. This one had giant 1" pieces. They also had giant wafers and other types of toppings. Very unique topping choices here that I've never seen in any of the other 20+ froyo places I've visited. Again, topping bar was clean and nothing was contaminated in other toppings (like strawberries in the blueberries, etc.) Staff was friendly. She offered me sample cups as soon as I walked in, and she rung me up promptly. The entire store was clean (even the toppings bar!), so she had been taking care of things well. She was very polite with everyone else that came in while I was eating my froyo as well. Good little froyo place. As the froyo options in Lincoln are pretty minimal (which is weird as I was expecting a lot more!), this is somewhere I'll probably be back to! It's amazing, I fight sometimes with my husband because he insists me so much to go everyday and I know they're really natural flavored but since I'm on a really strict diet I cannot go as many times as I want and if I let him have it... I've been here a few times for emergency froyo cravings and overall have been pretty pleased. This place has both indoor and outdoor seating and every time I've been in, there has always been plenty of room. The atmosphere is fun with a lot of bright colors. One whole wall has a multitude of yogurt flavored and then the toppings are at the end. They have the standard flavors and then a few fun ones. Not the most imaginative yogurt flavor selection I've ever had but certainly not shabby. The toppings are pretty good. Some basic fruit, candies, mochi, and nuts. Overall freshness is good and I appreciate that when I ask for a new container of something so I can ensure I don't get gluten contaminated, they never have any issues accommodating me. You definitely have to do your homework on what toppings you can have if you're allergic to gluten. Also watch out on the yogurt flavors too. Overall prices are standard and flavor is good. I like it! Okay, yea, it is a chain, but what else can you expect here? Location: Kinda hard to get to, especially if you're going east on O street. Then you'll have to turn into the Target complex and maneuver your way to the shop. Decor: Clean, bright, fun, hip, cool, bubbly Price: Best in the area at 39cents/ounce FroYo: They offer 16 flavors at a time with varying rotating ones. They have all these signs trying to stand out against the competition saying they are the healthiest (low cal). Sure, each serving may have less calories, but it does compromise the creaminess. So not as rich or luscious as other places (ex. Yogurt Land: not in Lincoln). I really liked all of their tart flavors. Toppings: This is the largest offering of toppings I have ever seen! They have have over 65 of them! They even had juice filled boba! A few issues though. Misspelled Lychee (they wrote Litchi) and their mochi was gross (hard and stale). Otherwise, most people will probably be able to find what they like from this toppings bar. For the lactose intolerant: Ask for their vegan flavors, these are the only ones without milk (even if it says sorbet!). If you have other food allergies, check out their website for more info (gluten, soy, nuts, etc). Loyalty rewards program: Free, spend $50 and get $5 Wifi: Yes, free. We are having a good visit today at Yogurtini. The flavors are delicious as always, the dining room is impeccably clean, and the service is good. I would normally give a place like this 5 stars but I am still a bit wary about doing it because not too long ago my wife and I would regularly bring in groups of our family and friends and we were not treated very well by the staff. They would get upset if we asked for extra tasting cups and they would also give us a hard time about using coupons. It got to the point during one visit that I wrote a message on the corporate website complaining about how we were being treated and threatening to take our business elsewhere. No one from the corporate office ever contacted us, but in subsequent visits we were treated much better. My wife and I still enjoy coming to Yogurtini and we still bring groups of family and friends. We look forward to coming here and we hope to enjoy coming here in the future. read more

I drove 20 minutes on a Saturday night to devour some delicious frozen yogurt with my girlfriend and arrived at the destination at 10:49 so we were happy that we got there before it closed at 11. I was happy as could be, it was like I felt like a little kid again. But then I will never forget the words that came out of my girlfriends mouth on that cold, brisk night.. "They are closed." My heart was broken, everything that I stood for was taken away from me because for some reason closing at 11 means closing at 10:50 on occasion. I'm shook. Delicious! Self serve, frozen yogurt bar. It's all sold by weight, but for a 16 oz cup loaded it was about $7. They have a lot of good flavors. They also label the calories for each flavor. The ladies there are friendly and offered sample cups as we walked in. You should definitely try Yogurtini at least once. read more

This is where I stop to get my guilty pleasures. I love the decor and how enthusiastic the servers are to let you try free samples. I like the "try before you buy" concept and that has prompted me to try flavors I normally never would have considered. Let me start out by saying that I have never felt the need to review a restaurant, however, my experience at this Yogurtini location was so horrible that I felt obligated to share my experience. After shopping at the SuperSavers with a friend of mine we went to the frozen yogurt shop for what would be our first time. When we arrived, an older woman with amber hair (lets call her Tracy), kindly greeted us with a couple of sample cups for test tasting the yogurt. What I didn't know was this would be the ONLY highlight of my experience at Yoguritini. The shop offered a variety of flavors, in addition, to their new flavors for the winter season. Therefore, I asked Tracy for several more cups to sample the flavors. Little did I know, I was completing an immortal sin in the eyes of the worker of Yogurtini. From there, Tracy continued to follow my friend and I as we went from each yogurt dispenser to the next. For some reason, instead of a delicious frozen treat, dispensing from the nozzels, a runny liquid substance spewed into the sample cups. In the middle of testing what was my second flavor, Tracy confronted my friend and I. "Are you here to actually buy yogurt or are you here to just make a mess." Tracy spat. After, I affirmed that I just needed to try a few flavor before making a purchase. For the next five minutes, she continued to accuse us of making a mess. I explained to her that the yogurt was spilling over onto the trays. Here is a brief summary of our conversation. "Is there a reason you are making such a mess? Is the yogurt spilling onto the tray?" -Tracy "Yes." -Me "We have a lot of people who come in here and make a mess." "I am not here to make a mess, I was just looking to buy some frozen yogurt. I am not a child. I am twenty years old and did not mean to cause any trouble." "You are just lucky because a lot of yogurt places don't have sample cups and I think it is pretty disappointing that you are twenty years old and still make this kind of mess." "Are you the manager?" "I am the owner." "I did not mean to cause any trouble or make a mess. However, I would just advise you think of how you treat your customers in the near future." Cue my eternal exit from this Yogurtini establishment aka Satan's fortress. Being a frequent customer of various yogurt establishments in Lincoln I have never been yelled at for spilling what couldn't have been more than an inch of yogurt onto the metal trays below the dispensers which I might add ARE USED TO CATCH EXCESS YOGURT THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT INTO THE CUP. Never have I had such a horrible experience, or encountered a worker so mean in my life. Not to mention the fact that she was the owner of this Yogurtini establishment. I thought her behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I have numerous relatives that own businesses around the U.S and I know for a fact they would never treat or say anything remotely close to their customers. I feel bad for the owner because I think she must suffer from some form of OCD to have an inch of yogurt spilled on the tray to cause her that much anxiety and bother her so much to feel the urge to confront my friend and I. In addition, I live with my sister who is also twenty years old who is medically diagnosed with OCD and she even thought the behavior was uncalled for and obscene. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment AGAIN! I advise others to reconsider their decision to support an establishment that would treat their customers like this. Personally, I believe my business should go to a place that appreciates their customers and understands how important they are for their survival in today's economy. read more

Disappointing experience yesterday! We were offered samples which we rarely accept. After trying a couple, my grandchildren and I got the cup to begin our selection. My 3 year old grandchild put a small amount in his cup and then decided he didn't want it so threw it away (just like he did with the sample cups just before that). Next thing I heard was Elizabeth telling my grandchild you CANNOT throw that away, that is NOT what you are supposed to do and pointing to the cup she removed from the trash can to show him. I WAS SHOCKED!! He is 3. Yes, he should not have thrown that small dallop of yogurt away but what's worse is that she didn't say something to me, she just went straight to the child. Both her and Roger knew I was upset but nothing was done to fix it. I will NEVER return to there again. If you cannot afford a $.12 loss when a 3 yo makes a mistake, then don't be handing out samples. We ended up paying $16 for three small bowls of yogurt and toppings- I think you came out with plenty of profit! And more important than that, do not scold a child! I would think its common sense to let the parent know what happened and let them handle it. You have no idea what's going on in the child's head. read more
