Small little ice cream shop located in southpointe pavilions. Opposite the cinema and same stretch as charred burger. Easily located We came in the afternoon on a sunday. Small tables that can be joined together at will. Approximately 10 tables that sit two each. Pretty cool flavours there. You can also choose to create your own by picking a base and toppings and they will chop them up together. I picked something basic as my initial choice was out. They have employee flavours of the month and what i wanted was black forest royale. Our server politely informed me that the ice cream flavour was out and urged me to pock something else. I picked a basic chocolate ice cream and a waffle cone. And omg is my server generous In that cone she wedged two huge scoops of chocolate ice cream. Ice crean was delicious and cream. And the waffle cone was crispy. Love it! They also have a freeezer filled with ice cream cakes that you can pick up and many other special flavours. I however was too distracted with looking at flavours and toppings! Cool little ice cream shop to be in. Will be back but probably small cup instead next time. read more

Well, where do I start. The kind, beautiful, amazing, wonderful, and just outright serendipitous gentlechud gave me the most OUTSTANDING service of my entire life. All I wanted was a little bit of that cream... and when I tell you he provided... he provided. The flavor was extraordinary. But the service is where it served. The walls just shined with the workers' fervor to deliver me and my acquaintances the iced cream we desired. Ambiance was impeccable. My eyes could hardly meet his, but when I saw his face, I knew. Not one in my life had I met with a middle part as delicate and entrancing as his. We have no complaints on the friendliness of the staff. We do, however have concerns with the organization of the staff. We utilized the to-go option on three (3) different occasions, and all 3 times our order wasn't prepared until after we arrived so we had to stand around and wait. On one of the occasions I had a friend pick up the order and when they returned we found we never got the cones we paid extra for. Also, we don't seem to be getting points for our purchases, and I suspect it's because the option to enter our number on the touchscreen never comes up when we are checking out. Personally speaking, we like the convenience of order ahead and the ability to earn points on purchases, and unfortunately, Cold Stone at SouthPointe is batting zero on that front. read more

Very rude and unprofessional service. I visited the southpointe location at 7:40pm today, 3/24/24, and a dark haired lady (believe she had some color dyed in her hair as well) was very rude to me. All I came in for was an online order and she did not want anything to do with me, rolled her eyes and was very impatient and rude when she couldnt hear me at first. There was no reason for her to treat me the way she did. I could hear her gossiping about the interaction with her coworkers as I waited. Very disappointing to have someone like that work in a job with so much interaction with customers. I don't think she can handle this type of job if she is so quick tempered and treats other customers like this Giving 0 stars if I could for such a bad experience.. read more

Ordered a small cheesecake fantasy which was served as a runny mess dripping down the sides. The employee proceeded to place it in a larger cup with the runny mess still spilling over the side, again the employees proceeded to hand me an even larger cup as they walked away. Product is good. The health department might look at this place. It's getting very run down. Broken tile, wallpaper peelingn duct tape holding up parts on the ice cream freezer, boxes piled up along a wall, ceiling tile very brown and vents very soiled. Poor. read more

Went there tonight at 8:30, after getting ice cream we decided to sit inside to eat. Noticed that workers go readily back and forth between serving food (no gloves) and handling money at cash register, without cleaning hands or using hand sanitizer. Yuck, won't be going back. read more

Who doesnt love ice cream? dont get me wrong the ice cream here is PREMIUM, but its expensive. its small inside and ususally fills up and stays busy (at least throughout the summer). its a fun little after movie/first date/friendly get together place but there are a lot of places to get ice cream and other desserts read more

I ordered two "Ready to pick up" cakes at 9:30 am... I requested to pick up my cakes at 2:30pm that day. I showed up at 3:30pm and the workers said they never received an order confirmation. After I showed the girl in charge of cakes that I had FOUR emails confirming that my orders were received.. They were able to get the cakes I needed after waiting about 15 minutes. Thankfully I chose a cake that they usually have on hand. I'm disappointed that the system didn't promp the workers to have my order ready. I've ordered several cakes from cold stone before with no problems. =/ read more

A little pricy but anymore typical of all the ice cream and fro-yo shops. This place is full flavor and calories folks so stay away if your counting calories or fat. Stick to frozen yogurt shops like Red Mango, Yogurtini, and Cherry on Top for the lower cal options. Although I never thought fro-yo was that much lower in calories. My husband stopped and had cheesecake 3 topping and a caramel/vanilla, both in waffle bowls. The ice cream she was serving up was very soft, I thought it would firm up on the cold stone. No, three topping were chopped into it a few times and the ice cream rolled around about 30 seconds on put in waffle bowl, the ice cream was so runny it was dripping off the sides. I asked the young lady why is this so runny she said the freezer that keeps the ice cream in the front isn't working and won't be fixed until Monday. The ice cream was awful, my husband was trying to lighten the mood by drinking the ice cream saying he got a malt. I ate a couple of bites and threw it away, disgusting to say the least. I find it had to believe that a Cold Stone would serve anything like this. Will never come to 2910 Pine Lake road, ste P, again!!! read more
