I'm always looking for lactose free ice cream unfortunately they did not have it here and I had to go with the sorbet. Since the ice cream is homemade every day, it wouldn't hurt to make some of your ice cream with lactose free milk. Pretty please. The question on our group did come up what do you do with your leftover ice cream? If you only serve homemade ice cream from that day? The ambience side is homespun Americana! Not sure if it's super patriotic because the Fourth of July and the 250th first of America is coming up. Kind of reminds me of Main St., Disneyland very cool.!

The portions have been inconsistent, and several of the toppings I request are often missing or barely included. Overall, the quality and customer service have noticeably declined compared to a few months ago when the staff was much more consistent and attentive. I am absolutely disgusted by this "customer service."

I am a frequent customer and I enjoy this place a lot, the prices are good. The frozen yogurt tastes amazing and there's lots of good flavors to choose from. No matter who's working behind the counter the service is always great. The workers are very welcoming and do a good job keeping the vibe of the place high, even during a rush with a ton of people the workers are still keeping it pushing and helping everybody, all with smiles still on their faces, being respectful and patient with everyone. They are very awesome in general, I wanted yogurt at 9:50 and got there at 9:59pm and even though they were closing up they still let me get some yogurt real quick. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to try it!! read more

This place is a decent yogurt shop, but compared to the new one across the street it seems very average. They always have the same flavors every time I go in there and their toppings bar is a little lacking in variety as well. And not to seem like a complainer, but the girls working there didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there and it showed, also the yogurt machines and toppings area was not very clean. I can't say anything bad about the yogurt itself, but I just feel like the whole experience and family environment is a little lack luster. Best frozen yogurt around! This place always has a great selection of flavors, and it is up to me how much i want to put into my bowl. I always put more in than I should, but it is just to darn good not to. The customer service here is also beyond top notch! Gino, who works here most days is always so friendly and remembers everyone! I always tell my wife when we leave that he is the nicest food service employee we run into at any establishment we frequent. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere and the disappointing food, I would not recommend this location.
