The smoothies are good, but as a broke college student, I don't have the money to be buying smoothies regularly. (I instead find myself here when free food and drinks are involved!) (I do however want to say that my friend Juniper, a trusty employee of this establishment, had invented the Juniper smoothie, and it's pretty good. I'm not sure if it's still on the menu, but if it is, I'd give it a try for the heck of it.) The baristas are typically student workers, and they are some of the friendly faces that you may expect to see on campus. The roster of students working here also always changes as each class graduates or goes abroad every year. As a meeting space, this place is pretty ideal. Plenty of booths to sit and do work at, plenty of tables to do the same, there's even a conference room to host events like dinners or meetings.

I appreciated this transparency so I could proceed to research the ingredients in this mystery drink. Since there are two gyms in the same complex, and other gyms nearby, I was surprised to see that they don't open earlier. It became a tradition for me and my friend to go every month (sometimes practically every week) to get arguably the greatest breakfast in all of Vermont. Their menu changes seasonally, which means there's always something new to try! I think it's so impressive how they do both a savory and a sweet breakfast so perfectly, and don't skip the sides! I graduated in May and have since moved back home and I still think about their cheesy truffle grits and popovers! I recommend going on the waitlist if you want to guarantee a spot, as it can get busy on the weekends, especially with the farmers market right across the street.
