Really disappointed that the portions went down when they changed the bowls awhile ago. They give you barely any rice and are stingy with the sauce. I still love the sushi, steak and chicken but I just don't understand why they short you on rice. I remember when they were actually full bowls and you could get an actual meal out of it. At this point it's not even worth coming to this restaurant. read more

Decent Japanese quick place to eat. Negative is the miso soup had no tofu and only one piece of seaweed. The chicken teriyaki is good but would be better with some homemade house sauce instead of prepackaged sugary sauce. The chicken itself is good and rice is cooked well. Fast service and nice staff read more

Love the teriyaki, how it's not too fatty, and the sauce is amazing! The crunch roll is good too, but the miso soup I got was too hot to enjoy and ended not feeling like it after it cooled down. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality is there. Will definitely be back when I'm craving quick Japanese! read more

Chicken and beef bowl but half the meat is burnt to a crisp and not edible. Love wasting money

Usually not one to voice my opinion but after tonight's experience it's hard not to! When I went in to order everything was fine. Only a couple people ahead of me including pickup orders. While waiting I sat and watched the girls running the front counter eating behind the register between orders. Not only that but another girl came in and immediately starting working. Not a single one washed their hands while handling any orders. After 25 minutes of waiting! I heard one girl ask the other girl who took my order if she remembered my order. I heard them say they accident gave it away. Not once did they communicate that to me! I walked up and said politely that id like to cancel my order if it wasn't even started. She rudely said without eye contact that I would have to wait for the manager. Not once apologizing for the mishap. Nor trying to accommodate me for the wait. Once the manager came up. The only thing he asked me was "all you want is a refund". Not I'm sorry, what happened, or why! Like seriously!!!!! It blows my mind how much people get paid these days that have zero customer service skills! My whole experience was unprofessional. You defiantly lost my business going forward! read more

Absolutely cannot get enough of their teriyaki chicken!! It's sooo good!! So much better than Panda Express! I wish I could afford to eat here everyday! Pretty affordable for the amount of food you get. Mine usually lasts me 2 meals! Always get extra green onion on your teriyaki bowl! It's just so yummy Staff is always friendly & food is prepared SUPER FAST!! Even togo's are 5 min pickup time! OH and don't forget your stamp card!!! read more

I usually wait until I visit a restaurant two times to write a review but this is my favorite Yogis Grill location thus far. I'm a long time fan of Yogis. Their teriyaki and rice is to die for! I'm not big on fish or sushi so this review is based solely off of the teriyaki. What I like the most about Yogis is the consistency of each location. Unlike other restaurants, when you go to Yogis, you will get the same delicious meal every time. That's extremely important. Their soy sauce is amazing; especially the spicy!! The chicken and beef is always moist and savory. The rice is never dry. My mouth is watering. Each location also has the unlimited option Coca-Cola machine. The reason I like this location the best is the atmosphere. The inside is really nice. It looks new and clean. The lights are dimmed for a more intimate experience. The music was low enough to have a conversation but still had a nice thud from the bass. Unlike others I've been to, this location offers the sesame seeds and chili powder. The customer service was just okay. I'll definitely be back. read more

The people who work here need a raise very helpful and on point and the food is amazing

Asked for extra teriyaki and was told there was one in the bag. I wanted more. That 40 cents cost them a customer for life. I feel like a sucker for tipping when all they did was hand me a bag and treat me poorly. The food itself tastes like one of those microwave meals, try any real and authentic Asian restaurant and you will be happier read more

Still have not heard from management or corporate regarding my multiple concerns! The poor customer service stems from the top, apparently.

best food ever!! i would recommend the beef and chicken. Also the crunch roll is an all time favorite

We received the wrong order and asked to have the order remade. Two different employees were extremely rude and asked us to leave and never come back. I don't think I've been talk to you like that in a business before. DO NOT EAT THERE. read more

Called in takeout late Saturday night, about 30 minutes prior to their closing. I gave them an opportunity to tell me it was too late to call in my order. They seemed happy to help me on the phone. The attitude was a bit more brusque when I arrived 10 minutes later. I know the drill. It's not easy working a long customer-facing shift. Putting on the happy face and attitude can be challenging as things are wrapping up. I would have gone 4 stars had the service experience been more personable. That said, Yogis lands dead center in Average Zone with 3 Stars. I got Teriyaki Steak and Chicken and an order of steamed veggies. When I arrived I went for the impulse buy with some of the $1.50 kimchi advertised on a post-it on the side of the register. The Steak and Chicken were a bit on the dry side but still hit the spot. The veggies were delicious. And I'll pass on the Yogi variety of Kimchi next time. I'll be happy to give Yogis another go in the near future. read more

Okay yummmmm! Great size portions for the price! My food was hot and made to order. The girl upfront was so friendly too. I can't wait to crave this spot! read more

I eat here three times a week. It's my lunchtime go-to on the days that I workout. Chicken and rice is nice!

Horrible food. Barf! Flys in my chicken and the rice had a green funk on it. Never again. Try down the street at Teriyaki madness.

I was in Yogi's eating and a customer went up to counter with an incorrect order. The staff literally started yelling at the customer and disrupted everyone. I have never encountered such a rude and disrespectful establishment. read more

Not bad today!!! Been here a few times sometimes the teriyaki chicken is too charred and the beef teriyaki is tough. Tonight I gave it another try and tried the Yakisoba with chicken & veggies. Looks delicious! Not bad at all! read more

Would try again for sure. I had the chicken & Beef Teriyaki Bowl and my husband had the chicken & beef yakisoba bowl. We both loved our plates. My husbands plate came with rice and noodles, nice! Mine came with white rice. We also split an order of Firecracker rolls. The firecracker rolls are made with spicy crabmeat, cream cheese and it has a jalapeño inside. We really liked it & would definitely get it again read more

Their Katsu and plates are pretty good! It's the only thing I order when I come here so I can't say the same about any other dish yet. I ordered the Avocado Salad when I was hard core dieting, thinking it would have some spring greens or something proprietary but it was pretty much $7+ for an avocado on lettuce (wasn't even dark lettuce, it was kinda just lettuce rejected) so I don't recommend that but everything else is okay. read more

Love yogis! The large bows are pretty large and can equal two meals. I really love their teriyaki sauce nice and thick. The arizona bowl is pretty dang good too if you like imitation crab. Interesting little dish that I'd never seen. Egg rolls are great too! Fantastic lunch combo deals too! read more

Probably will be our go to teriyaki spot. Good food, wish the meat weren't cut so minature but flavor is good. Would be a solid 4 for food and overall experience but had to subtract one star for the lack of dressing on the salad. No dressing on the salad, none on the side...we're hoping it's just a one time mistake and would definitely come back. read more

Usually love Yogi's Grill... we don't get it much, but we usually enjoy it when we do. Tonight not so much, as there was a long piece of hair in one of our bowls. We knew it was not our hair as it was a different hair color. Disgusting.... I work in food too, and it's important to be as sanitary as possible. Lost our appetite tonight. read more

Great food, and great service. The restaurant is kept nice and clean, and the chicken katsu is top notch!

One of my favorite lunch spots. Good fresh food quick and affordable!

I got the teriyaki bowl and it was so delicious! The service was fast and the food was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it here

Good fast food. Teriyaki white chicken, eggrolls and sushi all good. Katsu chicken only thing I don't like here so far.

I just recently found this place and was hesitant to try the food but now it's become one of my favorites. I had the shrimp, rice, and noodle combo and I loved it. The restaurant was pretty dead when I was there and the girl on the front was pretty nice but I could hear them gossiping and talking about the big order that I made ( for take out for my family) but other than that the place was pretty good. read more

This place is super busy. Their food is worth it though. I noticed today they have a sign language cheat sheet at the register! So sweet and inclusive. The staff is always really friendly. read more

Tried it for the first time with a "grand opening" coupon. Buy one, get the second for half off. Instead of applying it to the regular meals, they applied it to my kids' meals and refused to budge when I called them out on it. The place was a ghost town... A restaraunt chain ghost town. Nothing culturally authentic here. The cashier had the personality of styrofoam. The teriyaki was so-so. The miso was like magma and had no tofu. I requested their "spicy teriyaki", but I think the robot-like cashier forgot to relay that message. I'm not Japanese, but I thought tempura was supposed to have a dipping sauce? Didn't matter much, there were only three pieces. The only chance of me going back is if I get the runs, in which case I will be returning their product for a refund. read more

I usually enjoy yogis however this particular spot just isn't the same. Just simple Teriyaki bowls weren't made right which seems hard to mess up. On top of that the gal up front wasn't professional and demanded a mask. Stay away! read more

Just an update... I tried their chicken teriyaki and it's just how it should be! Char grilled chicken, just enough rice, and the sauce was delicious! They still get 4 stars! However, I took California rolls to go and ate one at home later. My lips began to swell and tingle and my tongue too! I've never had an allergic reaction to a California roll in my life... So idk what it was in there, but I had to throw the rest of the order away. :-/ read more

I used to come here for the beef bowl because it was the tenderest beef I could find with rice, usually tender and very flavorful but today it's like shoe leather, dry, overcooked and has the appearance of something cooked ages ago, microwaved to suck out all the remaining life and nutrients it once possessed. Lots of fat. Never was like that before! Not exactly cheap, but it used to be worth the price. Very disappointed. read more

Love this place always yummy sometimes a bit of a wait but it's a popular place cause it's yummy af

Came all the way from gold canyon and called ahead to see if they were open. I arrive and i hear that they are not serving sushi for the rest of the night. They could have given us a heads up that they weren't serving 1/4 of their menu read more

Good food but poor customer service went during lunch special and they didn't honor for me cause I called in order which is ridiculous. Asked for green onions and girl at counter couldn't even give me that. read more

This was my second visit to this place. Hands down the food is delicious. So far I have only tried the chicken teriyaki and rice bowl. It they have a spicy teriyaki sauce that is pretty tasty. Today I decided to get the mixed tempura add on which consists of one piece shrimp and 2 pieces veggie. I was not happy with the two pieces of veggies as I didn't think they were veggies. The young girl who works the lunch time counter here passed me and my complaint off to the owner? I think who seemed kind enough to replace my non veggies with actual veggies. My issue is how rude the young girl was afterward. I didn't realize that If a customer complains that we are. I longer worthy of of a "thank you" or "thanks for coming in" or even "have a nice day" Customer service is simple. Especially when the customer is being extremely nice about their complaint. However if you meet their nice with rude, it ends up on yelp. The Gist: Pro: good food so far Con: not the best customer service at the counter read more

Close to home and pretty basic takeout. I like that they have healthier options and the portion sizes are pretty good. Sushi is also a pretty solid choice read more
