Ordered Yogi's thru Uber Eats and had a very nice experience. I got the Arizona Bowl and a side of Gyoza. With tip it came to $28.12. Kinda up there but not unreasonable for a tasty meal. My lunch actually arrived in about 15 mins without ordering priority delivery. The gyoza were plump, hot and came with a ponzu-type sauce for dipping. The crab bowl was filled with white rice, crab, avocado and eel sauce. I had ginger at home and made my own spicy mayo, avoiding silly extra charges. This restaurant is okay. The food looked and tasted good but we got extremely sick after eating it. Maybe one day I'll try to come here again. The gentlemen who helped us order was kind and patience with all my questions. This was my first time in. I wasn't a fan of the garlic butter but their sweet and sour sauce was delicious. I had a pick up order and while I should have checked the bag while I was there I didn't because I had a bigger order and assumed it was all in there but when I got home one of my bowls was missing. I called and they said to come get it. When I arrived the worker said "we don't pick up the phone" so I showed them the call and they're like "oh it's going to come out of our paycheck" like if it's my issue that they forgot my meal. I wouldn't have driven all the way back during traffic hour if I had gotten my order correctly. There's also a camera facing the bagging area so maybe check it and you'll see that one was missing . Good amount of food for the price. *Quality is somewhat lacking Came here pretty hungry and decided to order out to bring home. Easy to order at the counter took around 10 minutes. They have a counter with some chopsticks and condiments. The favorite was the Katsu chicken. That was the only item that didn't need any extra sauce. The second favorite was the shrimp and noodles. However, the shrimp was so small and minimal. The garlic noodles were very tasty though! The beef and chicken combo had a lot of food in it, but the meal was extremely dry. After noticing that we've been waiting for a while and seeing people who just ordered get their food right away, my husband asked the worker if our food has been been made yet. The worker checked for our order and was found with the phone orders. My husband made a comment and the worker response was there's a lot of orders. No apology whatsoever. There were two workers in the front and there's no excuse to not pay attention to the customers orders. To top it all off! The food was below subpar. I had no idea this place was as sushi oriented as it is! I went in after a long day and got the teriyaki chicken bowl and gyoza. It was super tasty. It hit the spot. They had all my favorite drinks and was well priced. Over $30 for 2 entrees of the crunchiest chicken breast. DISGUSTING. We have gone to this location multiple times since it opened, and my fiancé and I both agree that it has steadily declined in quality. This will be the last time we get food from here. Not only is the food terrible quality (which by the way, you are charged $1 extra for each entree for chicken breast), the price is outrageous given the quality and amount of food. I imagine this shop will be vacant soon enough. It is just unfortunate that there are not many options around here yet. Once more restaurants are here, Yogi's will be gone for sure. read more

If I can provide a 0 I would. I just ordered 3 plates as a walk in. Took it home, took 1 bite and notice a hair on the vegetables!!!! I called and the rep that answered who refused to provide his name because he/she advised that "their supervisor said they are not allowed to give out names to customers and he was only following rules" he was extremely rude and told me the only way to speak to a supervisor was to call the number on the receipt. Today, I placed an order expecting to enjoy Yogi's as I always have. The order was made through DoorDash at the 59th Ave & Baseline location in Laveen. When the order arrived, there was no sauce on either plate of teriyaki chicken (large). I went inside the store after delivery when I got off work at 5:45pm. I was greeted by a person who was confrontational and unprofessional. She stated there was no Manager available and proceeded to help me. Unfortunately, help was not her intent. When I told her the issue, she said I can pay for sauce. After explaining, there wasn't sauce on the plates and they were dry which is unacceptable for $15. She told me again I could pay for sauce or send an email. She refused to give her name or Manager's name to reference the issue at a later time with a Manager.  There was no customer service or consideration that I came all the way in just for sauce to enjoy my food. Unfortunately, I'm still not able to enjoy the food that I paid for without having to pay $2 more. It's sad that businesses are willing to lose customers over $2. I was a loyal customer and truly enjoyed your food, but no one should be treated the way I was treated today. I was humiliated and completely disrespected by an employee then overcharged for bad quality food. You basically dont give enough sauce to enjoy your food so your customers have to pay for more and allow employees to treat you horribly at the same time. I ordered sushi for pick up. I was disappointed when I went to eat my sushi and realized that they didn't give me soy sauce or wasabi. I called the store to mention that and they said I have to ask for it. I'm sorry but this is a Sushi place it should be automatically in my bag to go. I've been here once. I placed the order online and then picked it up and took it home to eat. It was after a long road trip, so I imagine anything would have tasted good at that point. I ordered chicken yakisoba and an udon bowl. The chicken was really good. The udon bowl was just ok. It was hearty, but flavorwise just mediocre. Plus the tempera got soggy from the broth. Food was good. They could've added a bit more chicken to my noodle meal but overall service was great.

Within two minutes of placing my order, I asked cashier, Destiny R to cancel my order and give me a refund. She referred me to the phone number on the receipt (the GM) for the refund. When i called the number, it was a recording and essentially for if you were not satisfied with your order. I didn't think this necessarily applied to me being that I never got food, they just refused to refund my money. I have never been so appalled by horrible customer service than I received at this place. Destiny was rude, condescending, tried to humiliate and chastise me to the point of QUESTIONING MY MENTAL HEALTH on a belittling way. I was standing near the counter trying to reach any yogis manager in the valley and she handed me my food. I told her that I had already cancelled the order and didn't want it. She took the food back and she said "thanks for wasting food". Not sure how I wasted it being I asked her to cancel it immediately. On top of that, I was being forced to pay over $20 for something that I told them I didn't want. I conveyed this and more via email to the address on receipt. A week went by with no response. I followed up with them today. So I'm a regular at this location. The food is usually good. But they always take a long time on orders, so plan to spend 30 minutes here. At the least. Today, my experience was absolutely horrible. I came in and ordered two meals and waited patiently for them. They have a weird policy where the bowl I ordered came only in the large size... even though I wanted the regular size. So I had to pay more money by default, which was annoying but I let it slide. The order comes out and the girl tells me that they mistakenly gave my order to someone else. I was sitting outside for 15 minutes, so I don't know how they managed to do that. Anyways, I asked to just get the difference refunded as I had somewhere to be and I knew having them remake it would only delay me another 20 minutes. Which it did. The girl wouldn't allow me a refund and she made me wait there another 20 minutes. For the inconvenience, she offered to give me the smaller bowl for free which I agreed. When it came time to take the food home, the girl went back on her promise for the second bowl. She said never mind, and gave it to the people working in the kitchen. I assume they wanted to eat it thems. This was super annoying because why lie??? She literally offered me free food then changed her mind. That wasn't cool, but not the biggest deal. My issue came when I got home. The bowl they had me wait an hour for was even WORSE in quality. The chicken was burnt and hard and chewy and disgusting. It was like they rushed making it even though it took forever. I was not happy when I got home. After waiting nearly an hour for the food, I went home to something inedible. Then the cherry on top is, when I called to ask them to remake the meal. They said no. I'm starving and only have a certain amount of time for lunch and they messed up my order but we're not willing to correct it. They wanted me to go through the trouble of waiting for a refund and spending MORE MONEY at their location. No thank you! No apology, no upper management to hold them accountable. I hate when workers can get away with bad customer service. It makes for a bad experience. I will not ever be back. Horrible service, horrible policies, horrible food lately too. I just spent damn near $20 at Yogi grill and was told that either after pay for my condiments or put the condiments on top of my food that's on basically display. They no longer give out the little cups for you to put your food in. I don't know about anyone else but I don't think that's cool. We spent over $70 worth of food at your Laveen location and when we asked if we could have the sauce on the side we were told that we could have our food with no sauce but if we wanted to have sauce on the side we would have to pay an additional .75 per container to do so. We were told this was the policy of the owner and this is the way he is helping save the environment. Now I was able to have my salad dressing on the side but can't have the sauce the food comes with on the side?
