Katie, the owner, has created an incredible barre studio. Each 60-min class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, cardio, barre, sweat, and fun. Yes, your hips will hurt! And your butt and obliques will be sore, but I always have a smile on my face. And I'm a guy in a predominately female space! I honestly don't know why men avoid barre; it's an incredible workout. Each instructor is a little different and the classes are unpredictable. Every fitness welcome is welcome and encouraged and the location is perfect.
