This was a free 30 minute introduction and was a workout for all levels of difficulty. The owner was so welcoming and flexible with us, even setting up an extra class time one week so we could make it when our schedules prevented us from joining the usual times. They have Pilates socks you can borrow (helpful for me as I'm not a regular). Instructor Shane gave us a gentle introduction and instructor Alex challenged us as we got more comfortable. I was mildly sore after each class, just the right amount. It's also right by the grocery store and a coffee shop for after-class food and drinks. If you're considering trying Pilates, you can't go wrong here.
