There is a lot about this studio that doesn't settle well. The teachers are awfully taken care of and underpaid. $12.50 is not a good rate, and $18.50 is not a good rate for an experienced teacher either. The studio is hotter than it should be. It can truly mess up your flow and is even worse in vinyasa. I enjoy heat, but once it reaches a certain level it is overkill. The studio also does not teach correct anatomically unfortunately. They instruct you to do things that can hurt you (which they may not know). The floors were also unclean every time I went. The floors are not properly sealed so they gather bacteria overtime. There was one class I loved which is why I am okay with giving it one star. I liked the singing bowl yin class and that is all. read more

BEYOUTIFUL hot yoga is my favorite place to go! The owner is great and super professional. My favorite class to take there is definitely inferno hot Pilates with weights and bands taught by Kelsey Gretch. She is the best teacher I have ever had. This place does an amazing job with mind body connection and I really think of it as my self care time! I absolutely love this studio and I think anyone in the spokane area needs to try it out! I was not prepared for just how HOT that hot.yoga can be. Boy oh boy did I sweat! The hour was pretty difficult but after a shower and some food I felt great. Signed up for a class with Kari and she was extremely welcoming to newcomers. Hoy yoga may not be my thing. But if it's yours I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I had the most spectacular experience here! I love hot yoga and haven't done it in years and today I thought I'd try it out. I'm so glad I did the girl at the front desk checked me in and I explained I hadn't done hot yoga in years! She assured me that this was an experience level class and then the instructor came out she welcomed me and told me she was so glad I had stopped in. Great location, staff and classes. Studio is clean and friendly. Classes are appropriately paced and often challenging (in a good way). HOWEVER, a business that treats its employees poorly leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Staff is paid $12.50 per hour, which is not only at or below minimum wage, but is below the industry standard of $35-$50 per class. Beyoutiful is burning through excellent teachers; many of their best instructors have left the studio (my guess is for economic reasons and/or continually shifting schedules). Yoga is supposed to be about well-being and positive spiritual energy, all I'm feeling right now from Beyoutiful is bad karmic energy by contributing to the poor treatment of its staff. read more

I got the 2 weeks unlimited for $25 and I am very pleased! This is a very clean studio with awesome instructors. I haven't tried all of them yet, but the instructors i've had so far have challenged me and they all really care about your form so you don't injure yourself. I moved to Spokane 5 years ago from Denver where I had a regular Bikram practice. I was so excited when a hot yoga studio opened on the South Hill! I loved the vibe at BHY immediately. It was very welcoming and calming. I discovered that I actually prefer the 60 minute Hatha style classes over the traditional 90 minute Bikram version. (My previous sports injuries can handle it better.) I've been attending classes regularly at the South Hill studio for two years now and just completed their very first teacher training program. I'm grateful for the incredible guidance and encouragement from all of their teachers. It is important to note that this was my first experience with hot yoga. Turns out, I don't like hot yoga. BUT I really liked this studio. I would consider doing it again just to go back to the place. Our instructor was great, patient, and kind. The studio itself was large and spacious. I did some price comparisons before deciding to go with this studio and they had one of the lowest prices in town. If you're new to the studio, arrive about 15 minutes before class starts as there's a waiver to fill out and you need time to adjust to the heat of the studio! read more

I decided to put their claim that "anyone who can walk through the door can do yoga" to the test and signed up for the two week trial. (I've had both feet completely surgically reconstructed. Walking is difficult and painful for me on a good day.) I started with the Yin classes: Warm classes with fairly gentle stretching while being down on the floor. I loved the classes and found the instructors to be knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping each person receive the most out of her/his experience. Because of the supportive and friendly (but demanding) instructor, I mustered the courage to start taking Hot Hatha classes. It is hot and challenging. There will be many poses I will never be able to do but the instructors (and they are all wonderful) direct me into poses that accommodate my disability while giving me a way to stretch the area in question. I am amazed at the improvements in my balance and even my sleep quality. My two week trial has become a six month membership. EDIT: Well, soon after I signed up for that six month membership I stopped going. The classes became ridiculously crowded so the instructors couldn't even move around the room, let alone give any individual attention. Sadly, it seemed as though the Yin classes were trending away from gentle yoga and into more of mediation. The staff are still amazing. If they add more classes and limit the number of people who can physically be in a class, I would love to go back. read more

I usually practice at another yoga studio; however, I wanted to switch up my routine and try something new. Beyoutiful hot yoga studio was fantastic! My instructor, Meghan, was warm (all puns intended, ha!) and engaged throughout our class. I'll return again to attend another class! I recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow your body to adjust to the temperature though. Bottom line: I had a great first experience here! read more

I purchased a unlimited package for $150 and became injured and was unable to use the package. I wrote mgmt regarding my Situation and was told no worries when you're able just let us know. I let them know and they denied me access to use my package. They said that I had used it based on the computer indicating I signed up for classes. I have proof that I did not sign up for classes as I tore MCL LCL ACL and was unable to come to class. They refused to honor my package and for that I'm giving them this review. They should of honored my request. read more

I take classes here pretty regularly at the north studio and absolutely love everything about the location, classes, and instructors. The studio is clean and spacious. Staff is always incredibly nice and helpful. The app and online system is really convenient for checking class times and signing in or canceling classes online, even days in advance. There are multiple classes a day, various styles to choose from and convenient times. They almost always have some kind of sale, and pride themselves on making yoga available to as many people as they can. Very satisfied with everything this studio has to offer! read more

Love this place. Excellent for people just beginning or those looking to push themselves. Personally I do the Hatha classes and find the heat is just about right to be intense but not too overwhelming. I love how the instructors really try to engage the classes, and help when needed. Another bonus they are SUPER friendly to students, the really help them out on the cost side of things (I know from experience). If your a student looking to do some yoga try Beyoutiful out; at the very least you will only be out your lunch money. But really, an excellent facility and excellent instructors without any elitist, "Im the yoga master" attitude. read more

Beautiful facilities! They have a great selection of clothing, water bottles, mats etc. The showers are Great for cleaning off real quick after class. Great customer service and the instructor was wonderful, although I would have preferred she talked a bit less in order or make for a couple more moments of scilent concentration/meditating time throughout. For beginners, try to go to Taylor's classes, he will help make sure form is correct and he makes the classes fun and gives a backstory on the different movements. The parking can be a little skimpy in the evenings so come 15 min early to get a spot. Lots of bike racks at the pub next door so that's nice for bike commuters. read more

Love this yoga studio! My mum is fortunate enough to now have a monthly membership here, and I like to take classes when I come visit. The studio is clean and all the teachers I have met have so far have been very friendly and passionate about what they do! They have several different classes available, all of them heated except for one class. (Yin, I believe) now in summer time they even offer paddle board yoga! Amazing. Wish we had that at my studio in California. Since my mom does not have a Yelp account she wants me to add "I love this place" haha. read more
