Some feedback-- If you have a new student coming to learn a new skill, your staff should be more welcoming and introduce themselves. We walked in and had no idea what to do. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to approach us. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I also wanted to take a photo for her dad who had to work and wasn't about to attend her first class and I was rudely and aggressively approached. I had no idea it wasn't allowed however it was apparently in the waivers but I missed that. You sign about 10 waivers. They also charged me a $25 fee because my card didn't go through. She claims she reached out to me multiple times about payment but she only said something ONE time after I questioned her about the fee. Also, the restroom situation is crazy to me. You have mamas in there with young children. Not allowed to use the bathroom. This company only cares about the money and not the students. Do yourself and more importantly your child a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I love this studio! The space is open and inviting and high ceilings for the more serious aerialists. There's a lot of options to pick from when it comes to classes and the instructors are safe, knowledgeable, and creative. The owner has done a tremendous job creating a fun environment and I always feel like I'm encouraged to keep working hard and achieving my goals. The ski is the limit :) read more

This is a great studio for serious aerialists or circus practitioners looking to learn and progress in their practice! The ceilings are the highest of any aerial studio in town. I've taken private lessons while traveling through twice now and have enjoyed my experience both times! The space is cozy and welcoming. Safety is a high priority and they have lots of apparatuses to train on. read more

Let me preface by saying the students and teachers make a great community here. After working out at this sub-par facility for several month I have observed some very unsafe techniques being taught and super bad form. I am no longer working out at this dirty gym. All this teaching stems from the owner and her picture book or her manual that is forced to be taught. If the teachers deviate from this book, they are scolded and are told to do it "MY WAY!" by the owner. This owner has this incredible ability to be able to watch some one demonstrate a move and feels like she has mastered the move and CAN teach it with no problem (sarcasm). In further observations of other teachers, people are taught to jump into moves because "its easy". The students are shown bad form by having rounded shoulders, no proper engagement; no-one has ever has told them to point their toes and very little core body work is established. I have never seen so many claw feet on silks in my life. Sometimes the teachers just sit in front of this BOOK and just turn pages after they just talk about what the move might look like and very rarely demonstrate what the moves should look like. Maybe this is just because I've seen a couple of teachers almost fall off the silk and out of moves in front of students. There is very little time to warm up because classes are only an hour long, the warm up is just a quick movement that eats up the class time by 10 minutes. You are not given enough time to warm up. While taking classes you are rushed through moves, after you have done the moves only once, the owner thinks that you show proficiency and are good to go to the next level. They base progression by the number of classes that you attend NOT by the ability to actually doing a move safely with strength. This business rushes people through with out any true form or artistry. I am surprised that the health board doesn't come in to look at the ceiling. The ceiling is filled with insulation that looks full of mildew, every panel is black and the dust falls from the ceiling, while you're working out,VERY GROSS. A couple of situations the owner was very threatening and demeaning to students and teachers. She would literally would come over and scold you with a finger in your face in front of others. I even seen her threaten a teacher financially, stating that she is not going to fire that person but if they leave that she would take this person to court and fight them with every penny that she has. This owner has the ability to paint a pretty picture to entice you into her web. As soon as you are there she flips and does the opposite of what you are told. So be fore warned about this owner of this studio. DO NOT get involved. Community should be warm, loving, caring, and inclusive. read more

This business is a great place to learn the aerial arts! This isn't just an amazing workout, but a wonderful community. I have been at this gym for about two years now and I have been welcomed by the most positive and encouraging people I have ever met. Everyone has their own personal goals, for some it is pointing their toes, for others it is flexibility, for others it is strength, and when someone conquers one of their goals it is recognized and celebrated no matter how small it is. The instructors are positive, passionate and encouraging. It may not be a high class aerial studio found in big cities, but this small environment makes the aerial arts less intimidating or seemingly impossible. You don't have to have a dance or gymnastics background, be ultra strong or fit, or be a certain shape or size because most of us aren't! This is what makes this gym different from those found in a big city, we are all learning together in an environment where no one is perfect and we can laugh and have some fun!
