I was mildly sore after each class, just the right amount. It's also right by the grocery store and a coffee shop for after-class food and drinks. I was delighted to find Pilates Ritual so much so that I came back the next day for a second class. Love, love, love the vibe of this beautiful, clean, and aesthetically calming studio. Every detail is attended to. It looks and feels like an upscale spa with well stocked refreshments of quality coffees and teas. The equipment is brand spanking new and meticulously cared for. Now, the best part of it all is the owner/Pilates instructor, Tiana. She is one of the most gifted and enthusiastic instructors I've met. Her instructions, cuing, and suggestions are some of the best I've experienced over the years.
