And your butt and obliques will be sore, but I always have a smile on my face. And I'm a guy in a predominately female space! I honestly don't know why men avoid barre; it's an incredible workout. Each instructor is a little different and the classes are unpredictable. Every fitness welcome is welcome and encouraged and the location is perfect. The owner was so welcoming and flexible with us, even setting up an extra class time one week so we could make it when our schedules prevented us from joining the usual times. They have Pilates socks you can borrow (helpful for me as I'm not a regular). Instructor Shane gave us a gentle introduction and instructor Alex challenged us as we got more comfortable. I was mildly sore after each class, just the right amount. It's also right by the grocery store and a coffee shop for after-class food and drinks. If you're considering trying Pilates, you can't go wrong here.

These new owners are full of lies. We have PROOF of Testimonies from lots of people witnessing themselves of starving animals. Not keeping up with water for the animals. She frauded 20 people that I know about, could be way more. With the amounts she owes. So fraud. Animals malnourished and a Handful of animals passed as well before and After (Scraps) came out for them. Its so sad. I hope you take this review and make your own judgements. We have SO MUCH PROOF from many others. Not just Jen the old owner. I do hope they seize operations. ASAP!!!!!! THEY REBRANDED TO Hangman Ranch Boarding and trail riding. They wont show documents Jen " supposedlysigned and its looking like nore fraud but forgery!!!" Not good!!! They can come off nice, talk shit, behind your back, treat workers like shit, act like they know what they are doing, have a lie about Everything. TAKE 0 ACCOUNTABILITY FOR EVERYTHING. Its wild. There was a cool breeze through the canopies on a very warm day and garbage cans to dispose of our leftovers. When we stumbled upon the gorgeous flower gardens, I could not believe it. There were multiple gardeners working outside of the conservatory and although it was closed, I can't imagine that there was anything more beautiful inside than what we saw outside. We were able to sit over at the benches and rally enjoy the fountain and manicured flowers. There was a large, veryrude family that did come through who wanted to scream at their kids and then try to take photographs in front of the flowers like a happy family. Then allow their smaller children to stomp through the flowers and scream loudly while they stared at their phones. And there were of course at least two young ladies posing for "the gram" that picked flowers and made obnoxious gestures in ridiculously skimpy clothes... I guess those types of things can't be helped these days and they are no reflection on the garden itself, just be prepared for your peace to be interrupted. We also made a quick stop at the Rose garden which I did not find to be quite as beautiful but smelled lovely... There were just too many bugs and it was there were just too many bugs and it was far too warm to spend much time there. If I lived closer to this park, I would come everyday to listen to the sound of the fountain and appreciate the beauty of the topiaries and flowers and I would recommend a stop here for anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature.

Build in the 1970s for the World's Fair where dozens of leaders from around the globe including Russian Federation during the Cold War were all in Spokane to discuss about green energy and resource management. This park will be interesting if the focus was on this history, who visited where and what exactly was discussed and agreed on.

Of course, the magnum opus of the park appears to be the bridge, which allows you to stand over the beautiful blue water. I love that the park offers picnic benches to sit and enjoy the space. My only complaint would be that there should definitely be more trash cans in the populated areas.
