Katie, the owner, has created an incredible barre studio. Each 60-min class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, cardio, barre, sweat, and fun. Yes, your hips will hurt! And your butt and obliques will be sore, but I always have a smile on my face. And I'm a guy in a predominately female space! I honestly don't know why men avoid barre; it's an incredible workout. Each instructor is a little different and the classes are unpredictable. Every fitness welcome is welcome and encouraged and the location is perfect. She used to have a studio prior to Covid and the women I met there are still some of my closest friends. I was excited when she re- opened because not only is it a beautiful studio with fabulous instructors, but it has the same warmth her old studio had. Each workout left me feeling great and out of breath. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5 is because when I brought a friend to try out the gym, the person who was onboarding her really pushed for a sale. Although I understand this is their job (and I ALWAYS recommend OTF to everyone), my friend said she'd talk it over with her husband and the employee told my friend to call her husband right then and there to discuss a membership. It just left me and my friend with really weird and awkward experience. Overall, love this gym and love my membership, especially because I can travel and work out at any OTF gym.
