Nicole and Jacky from the west locations in particular are such amazing instructors however it's been my experience that all the instructors are incredibly welcoming. I had never done spine or any type of hot yoga or TRX yet Nicole and Jacky really ensure that you feel confident on your first day in your abilities! I gained so many positive experiences. If you're on the fence, pick this gym. The only thing that kept me from staying was moving back home after undergrad. I've yet to find a space so welcoming and kind!

Recently it is getting a little pricey, but I'm not sure how that compare with other spin places. They do have deals sometimes though, so take advantage of those! Not bad at all my friends! I was a bit nervous coming in for the first time but the staff was really nice and not pushy at all. The space is brand new and nicely thought out. The actual workput was mostly rowing machines (which are really fun), treadmills, and some weights and lunges. The vibes are like a spin class so expect pumping music and some enthusiastic yell-coaching.

And then I found Spokane Barre through Instagram and after taking a free week of classes - $25, amazing offer - I knew this was my tribe. In the words of Ozzy, "Mama, I'm Coming Home." Katie, the owner, has created an incredible barre studio. Each 60-min class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, cardio, barre, sweat, and fun. Yes, your hips will hurt! And your butt and obliques will be sore, but I always have a smile on my face. And I'm a guy in a predominately female space! I honestly don't know why men avoid barre; it's an incredible workout. Each instructor is a little different and the classes are unpredictable. Every fitness welcome is welcome and encouraged and the location is perfect. I'm so excited that SB has become part of my daily life here.

She did an amazing job of explaining the type of yoga, the process, what the expectations and reality are, making me feel safe in my environment. I honestly can't wait to go back next week for another session. If you've never tried yoga like me or are unfamiliar with it I think this is a great place to go and start.

What truly sets this place apart from any other gym or workout is the people that teach and run it. They are not only concerned with each and every participant's workout, but they know everyone's name and many are aware of their lives too. Physzique Fitness is a joke…read more...... My wife and I were loyal clients of that gym (Kennewick Studio) since January of 2016. We joined because we wanted to try something new and participate in a fitness challenge to see what kind of results we could get if we were held accountable. We paid a total of $521.28 to participate in that challenge. We met a lot of great people and had awesome trainers. We both ended up doing extremely well but unfortunately did not win that challenge. My wife and I participated in a second challenge in May of 2016. We spent $590.00 total for the challenge and monthly dues for the chance to win some of our money back if we placed in the challenge. Once again, we did well, we were told we made top 3 male and female for that challenge, but were unaware we had won prize money until we received a letter from Physzique in September. The letter stated we both won $250 and would have to fill out the included W-9 tax forms before receiving our checks. It also stated our checks would be mailed out by November 18th 2016. We both were excited that we would be receiving a 'Christmas Bonus'. I received an email from Physzique on November 22nd that included a generic 'We are sorry to inform you' letter stating that due to the fact they closed the Kennewick, West Richland, and Yakima studios, they had to freeze their funds and could not pay us our winnings. I immediately responded to the email that day requesting answers. By December 6th, I had not received any kind of response. I called Physzique's office in Spokane and explained my situation to the girl that answered the phone. She had no answers for me and sent me to the voicemail of someone in billing that supposedly would have answers. No one answered the phone and I had to leave a message requesting a call back. I waited for a call until January 4th, 2017 and had yet to receive one. So, I called back and again spoke to someone who had no answers. I asked to be sent to someone who could give me answers and again received the voicemail. I left another message requesting a call back. I waited for a call until January 9th and had yet to receive one. I called back again and this time asked to speak to the owner, I was put on hold for a minute or two and then told the owner was not there (Imagine that) but I could be sent to his voicemail. I left a voicemail for the owner (Zack) requesting his call back as soon as possible. I waited for a call until January 16th and surprise, surprise, still no call. I called back again and spoke to a girl named Nicole who too did not have any answers for me. She told me that the owner and his assistant were both out of the office (Convenient) and asked if I wanted to be sent to Zack's voicemail again. I told her no, that does not seem to work, and asked her to write a message down and put it on his desk stating I have been calling for the past two months and have not received any answers. She stated she would leave a message for me. I called again on January 19th since I had still not heard anything. I spoke to Nicole again and was told the owner was not in (Starting to see a pattern here). Nicole stated she would leave another message for me. I called today and spoke with a girl named Christina (sp?) and again was told that the owner and his assistant were out of the office. I asked her if she had any way of getting a hold of the owner and she said yes. I requested that she get a message to the owner, however she can, and let him know that I would like some answers on why we have yet to receive the money. I don't like bad talking companies, but this has been the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I have ever encountered in dealing with a business. I also find it interesting that Physzique continues to have challenges and award banquets for their remaining studios while leaving winning participants wondering why they have not received their winnings months after they were promised. I wish they had negative stars....

There is NOTHING about be trained personally at all. They try to sell themselves as personal trainers but, their is nothing personal about them. Most of the trainers are flabby so, they are not very motivating at all. They do NOT teach form, so you can get physical hurt very easy. I will never go to this business ever again, especially the way I was talked down to and treated.
