You can get help, sign up for membership and get a tour w a well informed staff member located to the left near the front door entrance. The Y has several big indoor tracks for running or for getting your steps in as well as outside behind the bldg. There is workout equipment upstairs and downstairs. They have a large indoor pool near the lockers. If you like to play Racketball there are a few that are available to reserve as well as Pickle Ball which is located on the basketball courts when that area is free. They have a large area downstairs for classes like Yoga, among other exercises. Check it out when you need to burn some energy off, drop your kids off for classes etc. Everyone is welcome they even have classes for Seniors. There are lots of different schedules and things to do. So get some exercise for body and mind and support your local YMCA!

They'll try to talk you into using a bank draft, and God help you if you let them have access to your bank account. They try to sign you up to a contract that says that you have to come in and fill out paperwork to leave, to make leaving by their terms rather difficult for most people. When we went in, they told us that their printer wasn't working, so they couldn't do the paperwork, but then promised us that it would be taken care of. Whatever you do, don't give these people your bank account.
