Monkeying around in aerial 2!
Lillian W.

I absolutely love this studio. I found this place through a Groupon ($25/14 days), and went to several heated yoga & aerial classes - all of which were amazing! The heated flow classes vary between instructors, but it's always a wonderful way to spend an hour working on your mind & body. My favorite part is the scented moist towel at the end. (I've been to other studios for heated yoga before, and not all of them do this.) I personally LOVE the aerial 2 classes and look forward to my Wednesday evenings with Lynnsey every week now! If you're interested in trying out aerial, definitely give this place a look (your first class is free), but make sure to book a spot in the class, as there are only 6 silks. The studio is very clean and all the staff is SO friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to explore different yoga styles. Additionally, check for deals! They're super reasonably priced and seem to have quite a few monthly specials. You can also order a green drink from the juice bar before class so it's ready afterwards! I've had a sample of one of the green juices, and I'll definitely be using my Yelp check in coupon sometime soon for a full size.

I love this studio! My first time ever completing a yoga class. Sean was a great coach! The atmosphere was zen lol. It smells amazing! There is a juice bar!! Beautiful place! Can't wait to go back!

Great way to cap off class...highlight of my day

This is a very clean, inviting and friendly studio. You really can't beat the price for monthly membership. I've enjoyed the classes with all the instructors so far. I also love that they have a juice bar that will take your order before class and have it ready after. I know they are new but I'm hoping in the future they offer more weekend classes and classes earlier in the morning. Aside from that I highly recommend this studio :) Update: looks like they added more morning and weekend classes..plus the cold towel and aromatherapy at the end is the highlight of my day.

On my recent visit to Arizona, I had the chance to take a heated flow class from Yoga Pulse and I'm so happy I did! The studio & staff are very friendly and welcoming. As an avid yogi, I appreciated the vibe and cleanliness of the studio. They offer a wide variety of classes and have a wonderful juice bar! I wish I could remember the instructors name but she was excellent. The flow class moved a little slower which I appreciate in order to really get the body stretched out. With the heated room (I'd guess it was in the 90s with 50% humidity) you'll get the heart rate up and get a good sweat. It was a fantastic combination. My only preference would be that they keep the doors shut for the whole class vs opening them halfway through. But regardless, grab a friend and head over to Pulse! I definitely will then next time I'm in town.

Adorable studio and awesome teachers!

Bring your own mat and yoga props, or do they have it there?

Beginners classes???? Just trying not to fall off the mat!! :)

Just let the instructor know you are a beginner and they can help you out. Foundations in flow might be a good place to start. :-)

Exhale has become my 2nd home (and thankfully, it's within walking distance from my actual home)…read more I was very consistent in my yoga practice about 5 years ago when I lived in Washington State before the birth of my 3rd daughter. After I had her, I went through an intense physical healing, and basically everything fell to the wayside. Once I recovered my full health, I found myself DOING everything that I felt guilty for not doing while I was in deep healing. I felt so much guilt and shame around taking any time for myself because of limiting beliefs that I was "inadequate" or "useless" for a couple of years. After all of that physical healing, I found myself in deep soul healing. And my bones were being called back to the mat. I cried the entire first class I attended. SO many emotions were released. Also tears around, "OMG where the hell did my core go?!" I kept coming back. 6 days a week. Still going strong. AND...I FEEL strong. I AM stronger. I love each teacher immensely. The classes are dynamic, heart centered, and RICH with deep teachings. I am not only deepening my yoga practice each day, but I am deepening what Tiffany calls my "soul keeping." I am deepening my knowledge around the philosophy of yoga. The LIFE of yoga. Exhale feels like a family. It IS a family. I am forever grateful. OH! And I have been bringing my 4 year old daughter to kid's yoga on Saturdays and she absolutely *loves* it. Thank you Tiffany and the entire Exhale team and family. I love you.

Spirit of Yoga offers high quality instruction in a beautiful and relaxing environment for some of the best prices you'll find in the area. Each studio I've been in has a magnificent view of the grassy pond area where you can watch turtles and ducks swim lazily by as you practice your downward dog pose. The people that work the front desk are also some of the nicest! You really can't go wrong with any class here. I came in knowing nothing of yoga at all (in the physical practice of it). I did feel a little as if it was about the whole program rather than acknowledging some of us really are there to deepen our own practices. I believe it was the first class that we were writing letters for when we completed the program... this had me feel it was necessary to enroll in more than I had intended. The instructor was great, the classmates were great, but... I certainly felt it wasn't for basic entry level yoga, beginners. However, maybe it was just me? I decided to pull out while I was still able and deepen my own practice on my own. As for yoga classes, in 1 hr intervals? I have to admit, I have no experience beyond attending the program itself, since it is a yoga school.
