The doors are closed and will open 15 minutes before class starts. They provide yoga mats, blocks, pillows and blankets. It was a full class but it did not feel crowded. I am not certain if this is common practice in yoga since you are not sweating in this specific class but I would recommend you bring your own blanket or yoga towel because I noticed after the blankets were used in class we put them back in the same place we got them from. Sanitize your blocks and space.

Since it was my first time our instructor Jazlinn provided a basic demo of the Mega Pro machine. There was several other peoples first time as well which was amazing to see and not feel alone. The class flowed nicely and it was intense. Definitely requires practice practice and more practice to engage your core, learn the machine and finding your rhythm. She motivated me to get back in shape so I started working out about three months after her. She asked me to go with her to Pilates a few times and I wasn't really interested. Probably because I didn't think it's a guy thing, didn't want to be the only guy in class and enjoyed my workouts. I decided to go to a class with my wife and I was shocked. I got a great workout, was sore for about two days, had fun working out together and now I'm hooked. Elena, the instructor is awesome. If you're going to try this, find a class she's teaching because she's the best. She's very personable, helpful, challenges you, teaches you and makes the class fun. I was a professional hockey instructor for fifteen years and felt like I had pretty good agility, balance and muscle strength but it was put to the test (in a good way) in her class. I have an ongoing shoulder and knee injury that prevent me from doing some traditional weight lifting but I've been able to make strength gains in this class thanks to Elena. You will gain upper body, lower body and core strength in addition to agility, balance and flexibility. I think the best part is you'll be smiling the whole time you're sweating and you'll feel it for a few days after each class. There are a lot of ladies in the class and a few guys but everyone is working to hard to pay attention to anyone else and they're all very welcoming. Guys...if your wife or girlfriend ask you to join them, I highly recommend checking it out; just make sure it's a class Elena is teaching!

But the class before us got out late. Bc of this, we had to stand outside and wait for the class to end which was 10 min after our class was supposed to start. During class the instructor seemed distracted and less than enthusiastic. I saw her on her phone while instructing the class multiple times. She was not encouraging or super helpful with all of the equipment even though she knew it was our first class. Along with this, she made it very clear to the rest of class that it was my sister and I's first class and was saying things like "you might want to do this bc it's your first class" "you might not be strong enough for this" while her mic was on. Which is absurd when you are instructing a fitness class. After class was finished the instructor did not seem interested in us at all. She didn't say bye to us or help clean up.

It was such a great experience. The vibes were awesome, the people were super friendly, and the workout definitely kicked my butt in the best way. The class was challenging but well balanced, and the cool down at the end was exactly what I needed. If you're just passing through and looking for a great workout, I highly recommend checking it out. And honestly, if I lived in the area, I would absolutely be a frequent flyer here.
