Once I found the one i wanted to purchase i paid the extra 40.00 to have a new in the box assembled for me. They said they would call me in a couple days to pickup. After i did not hear from them on the fourth day i called. I was informed they sold mine by mistake but could tag the floor model which is new and i was ok with that but did not feel I should have to pay for assembly since it was put together for display purposes. When I question them and told them how i felt Tom (who i talked to) talked in circles and acted like i was a bother. If it wasn't for it being a Christmas gift I would of got my money back.
