We really enjoyed this stop! This is a very fun brewery with something to see on every wall! By the time we got here I was feeling pretty darn good and was getting obnoxious. But hey. I was having fun right? Lol. We came in and bellied up to the bar. Yay! I got an Amber! WHOOOOOO! The atmosphere was the selling point for me. I really had a great time. The. The beer was cold and the staff was friendly. What more can you want? I would go out of the way to come here, so definitely recommend it!

Original Gravity is located in Milan. The brewery is quite large and has a huge patio area with heat lamps for people who choose to take their beverage outside. They have a great set up for watching sports. We ended up splitting a brown ale and had a sample. The beers were very good. They also serve food at this brewery.

Small town feel with friendly staff. The raspberry cider was amazing. My friends and I stayed for hours and never felt like a burden to staff. I can't wait to go again for another girls night out. The bartenders were the absolute best.

Great little local hang out with a lot of table and a couple video games.

When here on date night to observe a local brewery - didn't have to drive that far and the cozy setting looked intriguing. Little disappointed in the fact that there were no waitresses, but the very clean bathroom soon made up for it :-) try the sampler. Lots of beer types available and some cool nonalcoholic beverages as well. Still disappointed and not having a waitress. Menu is okay - haven't gotten the food yet. Chips are to your right - they're good, but low class compared to when I would've liked to of expected half of the cool joint. LOL, Eric thought the self-serve water was actually an ATM machine :-) The chips and salsa are okay - salsa is kind of hot. Bread and hummus is good you get a bunch of it but no silverware, LOL. We did the sampler and paid the two bucks for the extra beer. Why were they out of beer bread? Isn't that a big hit? Apparently they have it on Wednesday I'm going to runs out it runs out... I make it in the middle of if I were you :-) We're at the point of dinner... Sandwiches finally came and the pastrami was cold - or maybe a bit warm but overall okay and had a red sauce kind a like French dressing? Eric's grilled cheese was pretty good - but would've been better with beer bread! Overall C+ Minor changes would make this a great place to visit - consider the lighting in the area with the video games and get a waitress :-)

Ham & Herb on beer bread and my daughter had the Veggie on beer bread.

Honestly, it's the best food Milan has to offer. It's a great place to take kids and enjoy some sandwiches.

The food, though, lands squarely in the "just okay" category. The calamari came with a honey glaze that made them noticeably sweet. If you enjoy sweet‑leaning seafood dishes, you might love it, but it wasn't my favorite combination. The beer, on the other hand, outshines the food by a mile. I had the Heavenly Hefeweizen, and it was excellent smooth, refreshing, and easily the highlight of the meal. I also had the hot chocolate which was tasty and rich, but it comes topped with a giant marshmallow. It looks great for photos, but once you start drinking it, things get messy fast. Service was fine overall, nothing special, nothing terrible. The host, however, came off a bit rude and had us waiting even though there were plenty of open tables. My guess is they're short‑staffed, which might explain the delay, but the attitude didn't help. The bathroom could also use a more thorough cleaning. All in all, it's a nice spot for drinks and atmosphere, but the food and service have room to grow. If you're here for a good beer and a relaxed vibe, you'll probably enjoy it

Our server was quite efficient and pleasant. A bonus was that the manager/owner (?) came over to check on us and have a brief discussion. I had the fish and chips for lunch. I should note here that the restaurant is very accommodating to those who are GF and those who have a few other types of food allergies. As a GF, she really appreciates this. (Heart) My husband and I were looking forward to having breakfast today but it didn't happen bc of our schedule, so the fact that our lunch experience was excellent, well that was just sweet. Came in on Sunday during lunch. The place had some people enjoying a cold beer and eating at the bar and some were on the other side of the room. After checking the entire place out, decided to eat bear the bar by the window and enjoy the view. We were greeted by a sweet and kind smile from a little child, that just warmed our hearts as it was very genuine and heartfelt. My husband and I each ordered the Tecumseh Brewing Company Burger known as the TBC on a challah bread, accompanied by Caroline's onions, the famous TBC Bear Cheese, candied bacon hot and fresh! Which did not disappoint and it delivered all of my beefy burger cravings and satisfaction. They also come with a good portion of their chips and a dipping cream sauce. We decided to try Poppi cold drink for the first time. We both have been eyeballing them at the grocery store for a while now and boy are we glad we tried them. I even mixed mine. He had the strawberry and I have the ginger lime and inhaled it with half of his Strawberry, you can thank me later (wink).... We had fun talking about life and the great weather approaching so we had a nice meal and nice chatting. Looking forward to the music bands, trivia and out door dining Al Fresco. Thank you TBC for a great day!

We were here in December so the patio wasn't open but looks roomy with many picnic tables. We opted to sit at the bar because that's usually where we get personal with brew pubs we love to discover. We always search local brews when traveling and 9/10 times the bartender will greet us, ask if we've been there, make recommendations or tell us a bit about the brewery style. Not here. I'm not sure the bartender ever even made eye contact and pretty sure he wanted to be there even less than he wanted us to be there. We did get a few beer samples by request, but no recommendations, he didn't ask what we thought and he made us feel very unwelcome right from the start. However, once that bartender was relieved the new bartender was chatty and friendly to the new customers. We had finished our beers and meal by that time and just needed to cash out. So I would say maybe it's just that one employee. We had the pretzels. Kudos to the pretzel bread-- it was delicious. Beer cheese was pretty good, as was the mustard. We asked about the menu and what he recommends (still trying to be friendly and get him to warm up). He recommended the special menu, so we ordered the Blackened Salmon sandwich. It was okay/average. Fries were cold. We ordered the Table Talk beer and I enjoyed it. I'd say that the beer was the best part of the whole experience. Overall I'm glad we tried it but we wouldn't go back. If the bartender had been more welcoming and interested in sharing a bit more about the concept, we would give it a second try when we head out there again. It's always good to try other food items and beers, but the vibe doesn't warrant a second try. I can understand if a place is busy, but we were there at 2pm on a Saturday and were two of four at the bar and he didn't look to be super busy with the restaurant as a whole. It's always so disappointing when service falls so short on something that could be such a unique experience. Three stars for the beer and pretzel.
