a glass of beer on a table
Amy W.

I wasn't really sure if I would like this spot. In fact I was sure that I wouldn't. I'm not a tea drinker so tea infused beer seemed gross to me. But I needed the tag so we decided to give it a shot. We got there at 9 am when they opened. Haha. We didn't even know if they would sell beer that early but they do! The brewer was a very nice guy and he helped us make our choices. He offered us some samples. I ordered the citrus blood orange which really surprised me. I don't like sours either and this was described as tasting like a sour. But I loved it! The vibe in the brewery was very casual. It's more like a big garage or warehouse. It's decorated all in local artists'work. Excellent. I don't know that we would come back specifically to that brewery but I do recommend you give it a try!

You can see the kombucha vats behind me.

I believe I've found my spirit space! This place is fabulous. I'm a huge kombucha fan and was excited to experience it on tap. This place makes outstanding varieties both in alcoholic and non alcoholic forms. The flavors are fab, as well and you can try free samples. In the back of the building there is live music and outdoor picnic tables. To the right, there is a tiki bar which makes liquor- infused cocktails and wooded scenery with a bonfire pit. After listening to 2 bands, we decided to sit indoors to imbibe and play some board games. The decor is very bohemian, with dim lighting and local art. You can even see the numerous vats that they use to brew the kombucha. I tried a sample of the elderman and decided to go with that. My friends got the bourbon peach and raspberry and they were both delicious, as well. I'd like to return weekly to experience all that this place has to offer, as the whole ambiance is very conducive to relaxing and having fun .

We were able to get out and do some brewery hopping today, even in the snow! Unity Vibration has Kombucha Beers and Teas. We ended up sharing a berry beer and it was very good. It tastes just like the regular Kombucha. The owner was very informative and spent time explaining the options to us. If you're willing to try something different, this is the spot for you.

Super fun date night with good drinks and music to listen to! It's a local favorite and so I'm glad we finally got to go

All I'm going to say is 5 for $8 flights!!!!! How can you beat that?!?! You can't! Head on over to Unity Vibration and try out all of their Kombucha beers!! It's gluten free and vegan free! You will not regret it because it tastes AMAZING!!! Also- a growler is only $18!!!! AND they usually have select items for 30% off!!!

Amazing staff and amazing tasting Kombucha. They offer tastings for free! The ambiance is truly unique

What an amazing experience! Parking was a little weird when pulling up as the parking lot was packed. But upon walking up I found out there was live music which was amazing with seating outside!! I always order a flight so I can judge them on a few and solely not one beverage! Everything was so yummy and different.. I loved it. I usually like to visit someplace once but I definitely want to check this place out again with friends! They have live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

Unity Vibrations is one of my favorite places in Ypsi. The Kumbucha beers and teas are amazing and so unique. There are always plenty of flavors on tap or you can mix and match to create new flavors. I personally love the bourbon and peach mixed. The staff is great, there is usually some musical entertainment and it's just a fun place to hang out.

Maybe it's the west coast hippie soul in me but I loved everything about this place! Back in Arizona, many years ago my roommates and I discovered their kombucha beer in a local grocery store. It became a staple item in our fridge. Since then we've been hooked. And in a full circle moment some friends from Arizona visited Michigan and we trekked out to their tap room. Such a cool place with a very warm and welcoming team. We got a flight of all the beers and teas they had on tap and it was really cool to try them all. Especially flavors that never made it out to AZ! All and all so happy we found this place :)

Love. I wish I could buy my wife everything here. Maybe when we are rich, babe! :)

There's no way I would give this place 3 stars. That's really disappointing, Yelp community. Can you find a place like this just anywhere? Ummm, no, you can't. :) It's a little tough to find (a sign by the street would go a long way, according to my wife) but maybe that's a good thing. I like that it feels kind of tucked away, an unpretentious factory space that has no frills but has a whole lot of good vibes and good drinks. The interior is super chill, very minimalistic with music that keeps it mellow and fun, the way it should be. Jacob, our host with the most, was a cool dude who showed us around; I'd totally suggest a tour of the small place to really appreciate what this is all about. Be mindful though, they only have one guy for the whole place - so, on a night like tonight, you may have to just take it easy for a bit while they attend to other people. They'll get to you, though. Promise! :) We had a flight, which came with our Groupon. It helped us try basically everything they had on tap. The wife really loved the Citra Blood Orange, which had a nice tart/sour punch that made it stand out from the other Kombucha Beers. I honestly loved all of the flavors (buying the Raspberry for my sister, which was smooth and slightly sweet, it was clear that the flavor was packed with fresh raspberries). Bourbon Peach was what made me intrigued with Unity Vibrations (I love Kombucha, peaches are my favorite fruit, and, well... I've always been a bourbon guy). Jacob let us try the Cold Pressed Coffee Kambucha (can we please just stock my office with this? Seriously!). We got a bottle of the KPA (their healthy Kombucha version of an IPA), a Ginger and the Elderwand (elderberry, blackberry, buckwheat and hops). I walked in star-struck by the Bourbon Peach but left head-over-heels with the Elderwand. Unity Vibration is all about making you feel good from the inside out. They preach peace, love and happiness (yes, totally hippy, but what's wrong with that?). If I had their Kombucha every day (the beer and the tea!), I think it would genuinely be hard to be negative, even in this crazy world.

The interior! Very cool and laid back

This is a very unique and pretty awesome place if you like to experience different things a awesome kombucha drinks super friendly people. We just stopped by quickly but still really enjoyed ourselves

Even though I'm not big on kombucha, but a few of their offerings are really good. The space is very cool. It's a great place to hang out.

First time visiting, it's easy to find and lots of parking. Parking is behind the pub, employee…read moreentrance is in the "front." We were here in December so the patio wasn't open but looks roomy with many picnic tables. We opted to sit at the bar because that's usually where we get personal with brew pubs we love to discover. We always search local brews when traveling and 9/10 times the bartender will greet us, ask if we've been there, make recommendations or tell us a bit about the brewery style. Not here. I'm not sure the bartender ever even made eye contact and pretty sure he wanted to be there even less than he wanted us to be there. We did get a few beer samples by request, but no recommendations, he didn't ask what we thought and he made us feel very unwelcome right from the start. However, once that bartender was relieved the new bartender was chatty and friendly to the new customers. We had finished our beers and meal by that time and just needed to cash out. So I would say maybe it's just that one employee. We had the pretzels. Kudos to the pretzel bread-- it was delicious. Beer cheese was pretty good, as was the mustard. We asked about the menu and what he recommends (still trying to be friendly and get him to warm up). He recommended the special menu, so we ordered the Blackened Salmon sandwich. It was okay/average. Fries were cold. We ordered the Table Talk beer and I enjoyed it. I'd say that the beer was the best part of the whole experience. Overall I'm glad we tried it but we wouldn't go back. If the bartender had been more welcoming and interested in sharing a bit more about the concept, we would give it a second try when we head out there again. It's always good to try other food items and beers, but the vibe doesn't warrant a second try. I can understand if a place is busy, but we were there at 2pm on a Saturday and were two of four at the bar and he didn't look to be super busy with the restaurant as a whole. It's always so disappointing when service falls so short on something that could be such a unique experience. Three stars for the beer and pretzel.

Ordered the Fish cod sandwich with garlic fries. I was expecting garlic sauce but it was garlic powder seasoning. It was good though. My husband got the tofu banh mi (it was a tad too sour from too much pickles) and liked it. We ordered using the QR code but when trying to close the bill out, it had an error. So we had to pay at the counter.

This is a super cute spot that specializes in smoked meat and sausages... yes please. We ordered at the counter and the employees were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions. I got the Michigan asparagus, onion, and cheddar brat, and Nate got the currywurst. We also got a cup of chili to share. We got a buzzer for our order and then sat down in the heated outdoor space. They have a lot of outdoor seating and some firepits, so I really want to come back in the fall or summer. Our food was done quickly and we had fun picking stuff from the toppings bar. They had chopped onions, jalapenos, banana peppers, sauerkraut etc. and lots of sauces. I LOVED the brat. It was easy to bite and not super snappy which I didn't mind. The bun was perfectly toasted and the flavor combination was delicious. Kind of like a broccoli cheddar vibe. I had some of the currywurst which was also delicious! The chili was packed with brisket and pulled pork, and was really tasty. There is a bar so you can enjoy a beer with your sausage, but we just grabbed some cold drinks from the cooler. They even have ice cream and floats!! There are lots of great items for sale as well, including lots of pickled things, frozen pierogi, meat sticks and jerky, and they even have Trenary Toast (#iykyk). I am already planning my next visit to try more brats and the brisket sandwich. This is such a great concept and I really wish we had a place like this in Grand Rapids.
