We rented the upstairs area as well as the back of the distillery for a sit down dinner. The space was really perfect! They made signs for our guests for 'bride and groom drinks' as well as a decorated sign directing the guests upstairs. We had so many compliments from our guests. The bartenders were super helpful. In addition to his beers, he also makes his own spirits and the whiskey was absolutely phenomenal. I'm not a huge whiskey guy so I'm sure a "snobby" person may have a different opinion but it's most definitely worth a shot during your visit. The owner, who was working behind the bar, was extremely personable and seemed to make quick friends with every guest that came in. You could tell he takes a lot of pride in his craft. He was so friendly and relatable. We learned all about his farm, his family, and his animals. Love it! He introduced us to his amazing black garlic gin. I mean it was delicious!!! He made a great bloody Mary with it, and it was one of the best I have had. He also sent us home with some garlic and horseradish!
