This place is very cute and stylish. Small seating options but not busy at all when we went so it was nice. The drinks are pricey but delicious and unique! This is not your typical bar drink. Worth a stop in to try the great flavors! Very nice to go items too. Would be a great place to buy someone a gift.

Well, our day did not go as planned, however we always go with the flow. We were at the brewery across the street and had planned to go to another, but it was starting to get late. We spotted The Mammoth distillery! We decided to check it out and skip going to another brewery! So glad we did. When we came in it was quite busy! We were able to find the last two available spots at the bar. The owner came over to take care of us. We scanned the menu and chose our drinks. I have been on an espresso martini kick, so "The Dude" was a perfect choice for me! It was also similar to a "Caucasian" (Big Lebowski), hence the name lol. I was not disappointed with this choice! As we were chatting with a couple next to us, she ordered the lavender lemonade, and it was so pretty, so that was my next choice. These are all hand crafted cocktails and you do pay for the quality you get. It was worth it for sure! We enjoyed the live music. A lovely young woman who played the Avett Brothers upon our request. I had to tip her well for that one. We loved the atmosphere here as well. It was subtle and not overdone. The mixologists were all friendly and helpful. And despite being hand crafted, and quite busy, the drinks were served surprisingly quick. They do not serve food but there are plenty of nearby restaurants that serve food. There is an outdoor area in the back that I meant to check out but forgot. I would absolutely recommend coming here!

Mammoth is a distillery based in northern Michigan north of Traverse City that has a few retail outlets throughout the state. This tasting room is their newest venture. This location has not fully opened as of this writing, but it looks like it will be a great contributor to the downtown landscape in Adrian. According to the site manager, they'll be expanding their hours shortly. They have a very smartly designed space in the heart of town that fits perfectly with the vintage building they occupy. It provides a cozy, enjoyable spot to hang out. The manager is also a very friendly, people-oriented person. Talking to him just conveys the impression this place will be successful. The product lineup they have on the shelves is impressive, and my wife took a particular liking to their coffee liqueur. I will be interested to see what things look like once they're fully opened.

Edwin Coe's is located north of Busco on 33. They make unique spirits there in this country setting. The place is a bit small but wide open. They have vintage style furnishings that are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Edwin Coe's can be popular in the warmer months when there is live music. Otherwise, it is not very busy - even on a Friday or Saturday evening prime time. This makes EC a great place to meet a group of 4-8 people. Especially if you want to sit and talk or play some table games. We've been many times and always had a good experience. I have attached drink and food menus so you know what they have. EC makes most of their own alcohol. They have a very innovative menu of drink offerings. Many are very attractive...and all tasty! The food menu is very narrow. It isn't "bar food" and comes at a moderate cost. All food is made in their on site kitchen - as they used to host the Fork and Fiddle food truck. Food has a bit of gourmet flair while keeping the breadth of selections fairly basic/popular. Give Edwin Coe Spirits a try - especially if you have a small group that likes to relax and socialize.

The prices of the beverages were somewhat steep in comparison to the portions received. I really wish there happy hour, was longer than an hour. I appreciate distilleries and would like to return in the summer to experience the outdoor setting. We had one drink and then left to eat at Peppi's..

The inside space is small but inviting and they have outdoor seating for nice days. I tried the Cucumber Basil Gimlet and it was so refreshing. Definitely the best cucumber cocktail I've ever tried and it really sold me on their summer gin! She got the Winter King which was also tasty and featured their winter gin. You can buy the bottles to go and they would make great gifts. The Jalapeño Pants was a really tasty spicy cocktail with a flavorful tahin/salt rim and featuring their fall gin. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at making their craft cocktails.

Or be here at a normal time for normal reasons, haha. Cocktails are always decent, though maybe a bit overwrought and on the sweet side. Can't say I can always taste all the ingredients they put in. Sometimes simple can be best. The N/A watermelon spritz I had didn't have much flavor. Could have used less spritz, I guess. Today specifically we came for the Tacos El Panda truck; they have great birria and we fancied a cocktail as well. In the past we also enjoyed the Juicy Oyster truck.
