Most of the voices are silenced by my own internal voice going, "Holy sh*t I do not have 14.99 to spend on a 22 oz. bottle of beer!" Price aside, I've found many beers I wasn't expecting but couldn't find beers that I can find elsewhere. So it's strangely hit or miss. They have a walk-in cooler with a variety of six-packs and some regional/international beers. I found some of my favorite Colorado beers and not others (like Fat Tire, I can find that in other A2 liquor stores but not here). The staff isn't the most helpful or knowledgeable in the world. But they're friendly enough. They have a good selection of rolling tobacco (when I drink I tend to quit quitting and thus return to my Bali Shag ways). Every time I've been in here there's been at least one gentleman who perhaps is a street dweller which makes for quite an olfactory experience. It's a strange contrast to the moneyed undergrads and bourgie grads that sift through the aisles. But no matter. This LIQUOR STORE (where I come from a "party store" is a store with balloons and costumes for children) completes the trifecta along with the Beer Depot and my local neighbor Falsetta's.

We definitely enjoyed ourselves and I took a lot of pictures please note they do not have food there but they will pick up food which you have to order online - I was very surprised with the taste of food that we received It wasn't expensive but it wasn't cheap kind of in the middle pricing but the food was fresh and hot because someone from the wine place go pick it up and bring it directly back. So basically it's like a personal GrubHub. Lol! The place is very clean and had a little music going on but there was no other customers so we had the place to ourselves. The person serving us didn't mind answering our questions and also suggesting some wine for us to taste. Please know this isn't a lot of wine but it's still nice and once again you already have a coupon from Groupon If you use that way - I maybe would have felt some type of way if I paid full price. I highly suggest going here and giving it a try. Happy drinking!!!

They are not shy about offering suggestions or ideas, and they are willing to bring in almost anything, if it's not in stock. And not having something in stock would be fairly surprising because they carry a broad selection in all alcohol departments. Their soda and juice selection is okay for a liquor store as is their section of snacks. They carry Michigan brands in items like chips, pretzels, etc. Also, in the back of the store to the right is a small deli, that is often overshadowed by the wine section. They make sandwiches and have some prepackaged foods. The service is always friendly and fun, and usually fairly quick, though they can be seem a bit disorganized when there is a crowd.
