DONT GOOOOO!!!!!!!!! im sorry to say but if i could leave no stars i would. Yesterday i went in for a half and was surprised when the selection only had low shelf and top shelf. That being said top shelf was 200+ for a half witch is insane and the low shelf was 70$ witch seemed reasonable. To my utter disappointment i opened my half and it was fowl, uncut , full of stems and seemed harvested to early. I gave it the benefit of a doubt and tried some and can i just say wow this is hands down the dirtiest nastiest flower i have ever experienced and having traveled many countries and smoked most my life this flower was worse then anything else i have ever received weather it was from dispensary or the street. Hands down worst dispensary in the usa not just the state , they have zero and i mean zero quality control witch is scary if you care what you actually smoke. Idd say try urban greenhouse or anywhere else for that matter ,even the streets before idd resort here again. read more

Every time I go in there it's very clean and I get quick service. They also have some of the best and widest range of edibles that I've seen in Arizona, they also have good deals and are fairly priced, right now they have their drinks for sale and they always have an eighth of the day on special. By far THE WORST dispensary I have been to in my life, here's why. I recently visited this dispensary to purchase a specific brand TRU-Infusion flower. I picked out my 3 strains 50 bucks a piece per 8th, I noticed that one of the jars looked a bit short. I addressed it, and was met with pure attitude and disrespect. So I'm like okay, I'll take it it's my favorite strain. I get home I way the 8th our that looked off, and what do you know it only weighed out to 2.4 grams, which is completely unacceptable. Oh yeah, and this was a 25+ mile drive for me. So I call up to the shop of course, and was told the manager on duty was busy and to hold, so I did. After 12 minutes no one every came to the phone. I hang up and call back and I am, then told no manager is on duty at the time, which was totally confusing. So I literally have to go back in forth with a employee there, to let them know I was just info that a manager was there, employee hung up right in my face after I explained my situation ^ and was told there was nothing that could be done, which was again unacceptable. I call a third time, and FINALLY I get ahold of the assistant manager, who was not too bad, ms, Minyon. When it was all said and done, I was told I would have to reach out to the vendor, in order to be compensated for my issue. I was very unhappy with the result. I am Dispensary Agent myself, and this is not how things are ever handled in this case. Yilo Superstore should, better train there employees on customer service, and ALWAYS have a manager on duty. No more..... was dropping over 6 large there every 3 weeks and was getting discount...until this last time...was told no more discounts....asked if they could do something about it and was told..NO...so...I figure I dropped over 4 grand total this year with them...the manner of which I was told was disrespectful..and I feel a discount is warranted when you spend that much $$$$$ with a company... This dispensery, i wasn't sure at first but out of anyone in the valley I would recommend this place... they have the best flower if your going to pay 50 and 1/8 it better be good and it is. such a diverse selection of strains. Recommended the grow science flower really really good. Since this pandemic you guys have been on top of it. Showing nothing but respect and friendliness and not making me feel uncomfortable like other dispensaries with there crazy lines and drive thrus. read more

I really enjoy going to Yilo. There's never crazy lines, everyone is professional. The dispensary is one of the cleanest I have been to. Today I was helped by Neko. He was a very interesting guy and explained all my options and he just all around had great customer service. Been here 4 times in total. Nothing exciting the first few times aside from the convenience that they are open later than most stores. However on most recent visit, they sold my girlfriend $160 of completely unusable flower concentrate. It was foggy/clouded and about as flavorful as I'd imagine vaping pure vegetable oil would be like. We attempted to return/exchange and they said there was nothing they could do. When I first arrived I was pretty surprised how big the dispensary actually was. Now upon entering I noticed how clean & organized it was, which I liked a lot. When I went back to pick my bud the bud tenders were knowledgeable about their product and they claim to have the best edibles and I stand that to be very true! Visited this dispensary for the first time yesterday and they did not disappoint! It's a very large, modern, beautiful dispensary. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and I can't wait for my next visit! The coolest thing about this place is that the dispensary is almost divided (by a beautiful glass door) so if you bring someone and they don't have their card, they can just wait on the "green room" (I think that's what the guy told me it was called), where they have a lot of pieces and general merchandise. On the other side of the glass door is where they actually keep the flowers, edibles, etc. They're a bit more on the pricey side than some of the other local places, but it is worth it. They have a lot of top line bud and the selection is FANTASTIC! They seriously carry every popular strain you can think of. read more

Really clean, solid selection and centrally located. Bloom was my go-to for Canna-Tsu but recently stopped carrying the strain. Found YiLo last week. Not only do they have Canna-Tsu but they also have Omarita RX. Both are high CBD strains. Omarita RX has been almost impossible to find. Great medicine. Pricing is the best in the valley. I have now had the opportunity to personally visit EVERY dispensary in the valley. First thing I realized is that several other dispensaries get their edibles from Yi-Lo Superstore. I can personally attest to the high quality of their "Dark Chocolate Bars". It was the first edible that I've had that the effects were waaaaaay above what I had expected. EXCELLENT product @ the 240mg. I was extremely impressed with the dark bars. Be careful the first time you try one. Be ready to "feel no pain" for 6-10 hrs. I am VERY PICKY and have a HIGH tolerance to ANYTHING canna related. The edibles are the bomb at Yi-Lo. The budtenders are ALL very pleasant yet very Professional. Their selection of flowers covers the full spectrum and the prices CANT BE BEAT! $19 eighths of "strain of the day"? I don't know of any other dispensary that can do that every day, 7 days a week. Read in Leafly that this was a new place located in the north part of town. I am always anxious to try something closer to home. I was familiar with their line of edible products but after reading the menu I realized they had their own vape juice. It boasted of being made in house with natural ingredients. I like the vapes that don't taste like BHO so I went ancld checked it out. First thing you notice is the glass and the light which sets it apart from others and makes the process seem much more nefarious than most. It brings it into the open which is a good thing. The first part of the store has accessories. Past the glass door is where the medicine is. A great cooler full of teas, juices, cookies, frozen noveltys and the obligatory brownie. The gentleman behind the counter helped me with my vape cartridges and gave me my new patient edible. Got a blueberry oatmeal cookie that was terrific. The vape is nice, effective medicine and tastea natural too. A fun find for sure. read more

First time here and was very impressed. The shop was very clean, light, and airy. The staff was very helpful and I did not have to fill out a lot of paperwork, like I did at another dispensary.
