The whole concept is incredibly efficient; you place and pay for your order at a kiosk, watch your food being prepared right in front of you, grab it when it's ready, and clear your own dishes when you're done. The system runs smoothly and keeps everything moving fast without feeling rushed. Our food came out in under 10 minutes and was hot and delicious. We ordered the Curry Bomb Tonkotsu along with soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. Everything was fresh, and packed with flavor. We like a little extra heat, so we added chili oil to the soup and it took it to the perfect spice level for us. Quick service, great quality, and a fun, modern dining experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town. It's also the perfect stop before heading over to explore Jungle Jim's International Market next door. Easy 10/10.

We ordered the Sushi & Sashimi for 2 - the premium selection. It's served with a miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. The soup and salad were pretty good. It's the sushi that's the star, though. Our cups sat empty and no one checked on us until we were done eating. Then a man came to refill our waters - mind you we had already finished eating by this point. He asked if I wanted a box for my one bite taken entree and I said no and that I did not like it. He brought the check and I was charged for all items. I didn't expect it for free but asked if there was a discount and explained the whole situation again. The woman argued that there was a sauce - there's not. It's cooked with sauces. I'm not sure why this concept was not understood. I tried to explain again that I specifically asked this question. She said that I didn't like it "because I was trying a new thing." If you're adventurous and a little daring (and legal drinking age), ask your hibachi master for a shot of saki... But be prepared to catch it in your mouth. And "private parking" which doesn't tell us anything. If you park in a private parking spot, for customers OR residents, they will have your car towed. Even if you're a RESIDENT. Not even a warning or ticket. They'll Tow your car after business hours leaving you no way to get in contact with anyone. Management is a complete joke and they NEVER respond to emails or calls. The pool currently has a thick layer of slime all over the floor and side walls because they never properly clean it. Someone slipped yesterday trying to get in because the pool is so slimy. Factory caters more to trying to get people to visit and spend money on their campus rather than the people who pay ASTRONOMICAL rent prices. Avoid this place at all costs.
