Five hours later the problem was resolved to the customer's satisfaction with minimal cost and no residual issues. I have no doubt that had the problem been more severe, Jacob's cool and practiced approach to evaluating, proposing a solution and completing a project would have been similarly successful.

I had messed up the utility or something and he simply redid my utility tool bar and explained to me what I needed to do to use my Wifi. Thus saving me extra internet charges for when I want to use my netbook when I have eaten up data with streaming movies-(yah, I have unlimited on the smartphone but sprints additional tech line has a data cap.) Dale didn't only just show me in person, he followed up with a detailed, idiot proof email on what he reviewed with me.
