I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.

Used to have a business which required me to go often, even…read morehad a business account here, yet lately just haven't had a reason - this time, needed to drop something off for FedEx - so that's a lovely service, although I wish they would give you a receipt as proof of drop off; it's a bit unsettling to see them just put your package on a shelf and say you're all done. But anyway. I've thought for a long time that the interior of any Office Depot was a bit dusty and empty looking - in spite of being full! And this location is no different. The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Very helpful, friendly, ready to answer questions, always with a smile. Keep up the great work!

He has a lot of knowledge in various technical devices & computers in just about everything from game consoles, laptops, PC's, iPods, etc. In fact early this year he fixed the headphone jack in my iPod classic I had. Although older, he was able to find the parts needed to fix & replace what had broke previously. He also was nice enough to not only replace my battery but seriously hook me up with a portable hard drive to extract the music from my iPod that wasn't showing up on my computer for whatever reason. I really thanked him for that, cause most of those songs are rare & hard to find. All of this was done in a timely manner, in it all taking about a week in total & costed me just under 200 but was well worth it! Mike kept me updated on the progress of my device's repair & about when it would be finished. I would definitely go back to him again for future service knowing he does great work & is consistent in customer care & service! Dudes is a joke his shop looks like my 3 year olds room when his cousins are over I want my refund…read more Had to take my PlayStation 5 apart 3 times!!!and the second time he rushed me out the door and my ps5 was missing bolts and rattling as I walked out the door and then he had to re open it again and check his work in front of me while dropping bolts out of there holes when he was shaking my ps5 checking the noise all while using a impact gun to strip bolts out right in front of me .. all because he rushed my HDMI replacement, mind you he told me he was gonna look over everything and the traces the port connects to the first time he took my ps5 apart! got my ps5 home and the same thing was happening. I took it then for the second time he claimed my board was slightly bent and my trace was lose connecting to my hdmi port after he worked on it. Also said he was gonna give me a partial refund and never did. Extremely disappointed I drove here 3 times and left unsatisfied and feeling as if my ps5 will fall apart and robbed for my 165 dollars I do not recommend.

My phone was broken in this service…read more A week ago my microphone was replaced under warranty. Immediately 10 minutes later, my phone turned off from overheating. Coming back to them, they took it apart. They said everything is fine, it doesn't overheat now. During the week, the phone was periodically overloaded. As a result, my screen burned out. Coming to this service, I was greeted with aggression, namely this manager (who is sitting on a chair). Other employees understood that it was the fault of the service and it seemed to me that they were ready to fix the phone at their expense. I asked to talk to the owner of this service. I was sent a fake man in a blue T-shirt in the photo. Who couldn't answer anything with shaking hands and eventually ran away with all the employees and slammed the door. They lied to me that they called the owner. If it was the owner, he wouldn't communicate with customers like that and wouldn't leave by slamming the door! If you don't want to be in such a situation, then avoid this service, as I came with a minor breakdown and was left without a phone !!!
