I needed help finding a type of dog food and so, I asked a woman who looked like she worked there…read morefor some help locating the food as she went walking by me and she notified me that she was on her lunch break, and that the bag of food was "somewhere in the area" because she had "remembered seeing it around there somewhere" and she just walked off and left me standing there wondering why she didn't at least use that little walkie-talkie on her belt to ask somebody else that wasn't on their lunch break to come help? I ended up mentioning it to the store manager after cashing out at the register. He apologized for her behavior and said, that "he was gonna have a talk with her about it." I've never had even a remotely similar experience with an employee of any business in my life. It was pretty disappointing that she was more concerned about getting to her lunch break then putting the least amount of effort forth possible when a customer was in need of some help.

All of the animals are in clean cages with ample room, and they are all clearly loved and cared for. The stories bright, clean, and welcoming. The employees are very kind and insightful, and have no problem pulling the little critters out for you to pet.
