They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They listened carefully as I explained Izzy's challenges and reassured me she would receive individualized care. When she stayed for her first weekend, they sent photos of her safely interacting with other geriatric dogs, being gently introduced, supervised closely, and included instead of isolated. I was overwhelmed with emotion because no other facility had ever given her that opportunity. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and had even eaten her meals -- something she had refused to do at previous kennels due to stress. That alone spoke volumes. I soon enrolled her in daycare, and now she wakes me up excited to go. She confidently greets the staff each morning, and it's obvious she knows she is safe and loved. Every team member goes above and beyond. They communicate about each dog's needs, provide thoughtful updates and report cards, and treat every animal as an individual -- especially those who require extra patience and understanding.
