We took our bichon , Ryli, in for her first real professional grooming. Ryli is 7 yrs old. She was rescued from a puppy mill in Colorado. We adopted her June. Ryli has a lot of trust issues. she is very timid and does not come to you by choice. We felt like it was time to try and get her groomed. Keep in mind that Ryli spent all 7 yrs of her life in a crate, so we were very hesitant to have her groomed, knowing that at some point she would have to be crated. Because of the patience, the kindness and the professionalism of the Amarillo Fetch staff, especially Amber, our groomer, Ryli did awesome and looks oh soooo very pretty. Thank you, Amber, for taking such good care of our special girl. Amber also grooms our 16 yr old bichon, Kloi, she too always looks awesome. Ambet is the best. FETCH is amazing! Jett is always so happy when he sees where we're pulling in! He can't get out of the car fast enough! Everyone is always so friendly and caring. It seems they love your pets as much as you do! They're efficient and responsive with a very easy form of communication. The facilities are great and clean. My dogs love coming to Amarillo Fetch. I bring them once or twice a week so they can socialize and visit with the staff. They always get so excited when I tell them we are going to daycare. I love the pictures they send during the day and the report card they provide. They have an online portal for convenience in booking not only daycare days but also grooming and overnight boarding. I have taken my 3 Dachsund to Amarillo fetch for boarding and for grooming. My dogs don't usually like these things and they hesitate to separate from me at the door but with Amarillo fetch they drag me to get inside! They are so eager. I was floored. They are very conscientious and thorough. When they saw I was challenged getting my 3 dogs inside from my car they came out and helped me. I appreciate that so much! read more

I take my puppy here for daycare a couple times a month and I've never had a bad experience! And she freaking loves it. She's usually very calm in the car, even when we go to the park or nature trails or Petco--but when she realizes we're at Fetch, it's the only time she ever gets the wiggles and wants to get out of the car and go inside as fast as possible. read more

I have no worries about my fur baby (Chica) being taken care of when she boards with Amarillo Fetch. I have been bringing my dog here since he was a pup! They have an amazing facility with highly trained staff who take the time to individualize the care for each dog! My lab has been to Fetch for day care over 500 days since they opened. He adores the attention and great care he is given. He loves the splash pad on the hot days.
