We provide dog walking, pet sitting and pet transportation in the Amarillo area. We also provide drop ins which includes three visits a day in Amarillo and 2 visits a day in Lubbock, TX.

History

Established in 2013.

I started Get Along Little Doggies because I understand how it feels to leave your pet unattended at home and work a 12 hour day. I know how it feels to only have the option of boarding your beloved pet and the stress and anxiety it creates not only for your pet but yourself as well. I know how important it is to trust the person you’re leaving your pet with. That is why I decided to start this business as a hobby for friends and family and it just took off from there!

Meet the Business Owner: Heather O.

My name is Heather and I am the owner of Get Along Little Doggies. I was raised on a farm in the southern part of the Texas Panhandle. I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I have experience with horses, cattle, dogs, cats, reptiles and birds. I started this small business because I understand how it feels to have to leave your beloved pets home while you work a 12-hour shift. I know the stress and anxiety of leaving your pets at a kennel while you are away. That is why I started this business because I wanted to help other pet owners by offering mid-day walks and play time.
