This is a very no-frills brunch place where you can expect a decent bite for a pretty good price. I honestly don't think the food is anything super special, but it's cheap and has a lot of charm to it. I got the hot chocolate and I liked the whipped cream and sprinkles on top, but I saw the box of Swiss Miss stacked right outside the kitchen after ordering, haha. I ordered the Fred omelette, which had all the meats and vegetables in it with hashbrowns and toast.. when my order came out to me I thought I got the kids version of a omelette. The food is not bad, but whenever I have ordered from there, and asked for no dill pickle in the box, one would always be in it. I hate pickles. Today, I made it very clear in the instructions that I don't want any pickles and don't want the dill pickle getting pickle juice on my fries. One of the best places for breakfast in town. Service is friendly and helpful. I like my scrambled eggs, cooked but not browned, at all, and they are always cooked as requested. The same with the bacon, it's not too hard and it's not too soft, just right. They also have the best homemade breakfast sausage. Bring your patience as there is usually a wait and slow service during peak hours on the weekend. Our most recent visit was a Saturday morning around 10:15. Our wait for a table was only about 10 minutes, but once seated it was 20 minutes before our waitress had time to get to us and then close to an hour before we had our food. I went in with my family for a Sunday brunch and they are super pack. However, people keep moving in and out fairly quick and the wait is not too bad. I highly recommend the Hot Chocolate. It came in a random cup and I happen to get it in a beer mug. It was definitely enough food and I probably could have split it with someone. My family mostly got skillets. They also have different specials depending on the day of the week.
