I took a look at the menu and naturally, my sweet tooth was inclined to the birthday cake shake. Not only was it delicious, it includes 4 servings of protein and is high in fiber. I enjoyed it so much that I came back today to try out the butter pecan shake which is one of my favorite flavors. Today, the woman asked me if I would like the belly fat burner added in which I said yes to because I was on the way to the gym. With how nutritious their shakes are, you would not expect them to taste as good as they do. But my tasted and just like cake and cereal! Even though it's packed with all the good stuff we need to keep our bodies healthy, you can't even taste the protein and fiber. These healthy shakes taste like pure desert! (and I have the worlds biggest sweet tooth so trust me) I signed up for the rewards program and I got a punchcard because I know I'm going to be a regular here. They not only have deliciously sweet protein shakes but they have teas and drinks alike along with nutritious donuts. I would choose Springfield Nutrition over tropical smoothie any day, it's better quality and better testing for the same price.
