The whole concept is incredibly efficient; you place and pay for your order at a kiosk, watch your food being prepared right in front of you, grab it when it's ready, and clear your own dishes when you're done. The system runs smoothly and keeps everything moving fast without feeling rushed. Our food came out in under 10 minutes and was hot and delicious. We ordered the Curry Bomb Tonkotsu along with soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. Everything was fresh, and packed with flavor. We like a little extra heat, so we added chili oil to the soup and it took it to the perfect spice level for us. Quick service, great quality, and a fun, modern dining experience.
