Even though the owner claimed she had trouble with the batch she was cooking (the last of the night), the fries were crisp on the outside, flavorful, and the perfect thickness. Add in her variety of homemade dipping sauces and it can't be beat! I know she's looking for permanent "window" space and I look forward to trying her other products.
