Best Macarons in town! Spotted first on Instagram her photos wowed me and I knew we had to try them. She opens orders online Thursday night (set an alarm they sell out FAST!) and then you choose contactless pick up for Friday or Saturday in Spencerport Looks like she takes special orders for weddings and birthdays ... her flavor combos will not disappoint

When you invite friends over and they live in the Spencerport area ask them to bring some for dessert. I sampled the bananas foster, Thai iced tea, strawberry cheesecake and pistachio.....they were all so dang good!

We've all been waiting for Yeah Baby Bakes! to open a storefront. Her weekly macaron teases on Instagram previewing her flavors couldn't keep up the demand. With a cute little niche spot in Spencerport, I think we can expect great things from her in the coming months. Sam is an amazing baker, and found her groove as the world shut down for the pandemic last March. She took her time to really get down the art of the mac, and has nailed it. You can yell NAILED IT! in a Nicole Byer voice for me after you take a bite of your first one. I sound like a thespian, but as someone who frequented LaDurée in Paris, I think Sam's macs are better. You can fight me, but no one compares locally. Lots of bakeries produce hollow, or charming attempts because they are not using the correct oven. This produces macarons that are lopsided, over-fluffed, sunken, or sad cracked pieces of shit. Do me a favor and say it correctly too? Please? Macarons are what you are getting not mac-a-roons (aka a chocolate coconut turd-lettes). The macs you will get here are better quality than anything in the area. There is something to say about be a master of an art vs. a jack of all trades. Yeah Baby Bakes brims with creativity, as she continues to pump out a voluminous amount of flavors in her rotation. She made one with a reduction of Mortalis Brewings Hydra Beer. Nostalgia 90s desserts? Refined works of art with gold foil? Nailed it. Even though she had a broad range of flavors on her website, Sam takes custom orders, and will make mac towers for weddings/events. Did I mention that Sam also makes gluten free flavors? Perfect for local loves with sensitivities, and celiacs. Currently her website drops the week's flavors at 6:30 sharp on Thursday, with a 9am-1pm pickup on Saturdays at her storefront. We might be seeing more in the upcoming weeks. Set your Thursday night alarms sweeties, she sells out in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully now that she left teaching to mac with us full time you will be able to get your own grubby hands on a set of these delicate clouds of heaven in a cute ass box.

I am always blown away by the creativity that goes into each individual cookie. Every cookie is like a little work of art and the flavors are always on point. Even if you think a flavor might sound a little strange, Sam has figured out a way to make it absolutely delicious. I've had lots of different flavors from the everything bagel, to the cookie dough and the strawberry crunch bar etc. They are all so GOOD. Seriously, don't bother buying them anywhere else, because they don't get better than this.

We started getting macs from here when it was all from the owners house. Her macs are great and she is always so nice and friendly. We went to her store for the first time today and it is so cute! Such an easy pick up process. I also liked the website ordering this time around. You definitely have to be fast when ordering as she sells out super quick, but that is for a reason! I didn't even like macs before trying hers! My favorite flavors are chocolate covered strawberry and dunkaroo. This week I was able to get my hands on some chocolate raspberry ones, and I can't wait to try them. I could definitely see them becoming a new favorite.

These macaroons are unbelievably delicious. This is all she does and she does an exceptional job. I highly recommend this place if you like macaroon's.

I first found Yeah Baby Bakes on Instagram in 2020 and fell in love! We don't have many macaron options here in Rochester, and having tried them all these are the best around! Currently you can only get them by ordering online. The times they go on sale are posted on her Instagram! My all time favorite macaron is the apple pie flavor! It's so good! If you're looking to try some yummy and sometimes adventurous macarons, this is the place for you!

I LOVE macarons! Seriously, they're my favorite cookie by far. I was finally able to order some from Sam at Yeah Baby Bakes (she sells out quickly!) and I'm so happy with them. I tried the Coffee n Cookie and Strawberry Milkshake and both were amazing. I've had macarons before that are too flaky with the meringue and thus fall apart after one bite, but these are perfectly balanced. There's a nice crunch (not crumbly) from the meringue outer cookie and chewiness inside. The flavors were on point. I can't wait to try more!

    Pure yum!

Vegan? Both? I said I was looking for some gluten free goodies but they didn't have to be vegan. I was referred to a large shelf with tons of tasty treats. Cupcakes, large slices of cake, macaroons, and NY Bills shaped cookies. I picked out a gluten free cupcake for myself and one for mom. I had the orange cranberry cupcake and mom got strawberry champagne. My cupcake was a little dry, which I have found to be typical of gluten free batters. The frosting made up for it. The orange cranberry flavors blended together perfectly. Mom's cupcake tasted like it had champagne in the cake itself, not necessarily just in the frosting. It was a better-textured batter than the orange cranberry.

Visually the cake was beautiful...however the cake itself was not moist and even parts of it were hard and crusty unlike any cake I've ever eaten. My guests also were not pleased with the cake. I emailed the bakery and they have not responded. For the price of the cake it should have been amazing... it was a huge disappointment especially for $160.00.

The ambiance…read moreis warm and inviting, the food is excellent, and it's the kind of place you want to linger with a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, what I experienced this past Saturday morning completely undermined that charm. A local running group had clearly made this their post-run stop, which in itself is perfectly fine. Many of the women were seated respectfully like any other patrons. However, one man took it upon himself to turn the front of the bakery into his personal gym. While customers stood waiting for their coffee, he was drenched in sweat, performing cooldown exercises right in the lobby--hands flat on the floor, legs in the air, squats, jumping--completely oblivious to the people around him. The smell alone was enough to turn your stomach. This isn't a locker room. It's not a sidewalk. It's a place where people come to eat and drink. There was no awareness, no courtesy, no basic respect for shared space. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and frankly shocking to witness in a setting that otherwise prides itself on atmosphere. The bakery deserves praise for its food and environment, but management needs to step in and set clear expectations. Allowing behavior like this diminishes the experience for everyone else. There's a line between casual and careless--and this crossed it entirely. Hope you are ashamed of your self sir and I use the word sir loosely...
