Second time ever having Nothing Bundt Cakes and it was not planned. Was walking to get food , saw this location and decided to stop in for some cake. Since I had only had it once, I was unsure of a few things and the person working was so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the cakes. Helped make my decision a bit easier. I went with the white chocolate raspberry bundt. It was good but I would change some things. So first off, I didn't taste the raspberry. They told me that it's baked into the cake and I feel that's a mistake. I tasted a lot more of a vanilla flavor. I mean, the cake was good which is why I gave 3 stars but I would personally insert a raspberry filling into the cake then put some white chocolate curls on top of the frosting. Would also be good to add white chocolate chips into the actual cake as well. That way you have the white chocolate chips and then the raspberry filling and you'd be able to taste both. Baking it into the cake batter doesn't do it for me. And it feels like the lazy way to make a flavor. Tho I could barely even taste any raspberry so....... The price of these is a bit too high for what it is as well. It was $5.75 and I wouldn't charge more than $4 MAX. It's too small of a cake to charge what they do. If I wanna treat myself then I'll go back and try a different flavor but I wouldn't go here all the time. Not worth almost $6 for a small bundt cake. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes allowed me to go straight to the eating part without baking and decorating because their cakes are baked fresh and decorated daily. I checked out NBC on the day before Mother's Day. It was understandably crowded but the staff made sure social distancing measures were still in place. There were several flavors of cake. I ended up going with a confetti cake in the personal size and we got a large lemon cake (it feeds about 18 people) for my sister, a nurse at Strong Memorial, for nurse's appreciation week. I have no complaints about the cake, baked to perfection and chilled to an ideal temperature. The packaging kept my cake secure and didn't smudge the frosting. I honestly just wish the staff had thrown in a plastic fork or spoon so I could eat the cake while my mom drove us around on other errands. The cakes holds up surprisingly well. The confetti cake didn't only because I devoured it, but my mom had gotten a carrot cake one and a red velvet one earlier in the week and was eating them slowly. The owner clearly doesn't appreciate customers nor trains staff in courtesy, hospitality or customer service. I've tried Nothing Bundt Cakes three times now and each time I was pleased. The cakes are always the right consistency and flavors are great. We got a bunch of smaller cakes to try them first. The chocolate, vanilla, funfetti, and red velvet. They're the perfect sizes for bringing to parties or to offer when you're hosting ( we ended up doing both). My husband isn't big on frosting so the vanilla was a little sweet for him, but I thought it was delicious. I'll be back to offer these treats at my next gathering. read more

This is my first visit here but it will not be my last! I needed a birthday cake fast due to forgetting the date! I sent my order at 6:30ish Saturday morning and was able to get my cake at 2pm! I didn't use their decorations because they seemed too flowery for me. The frosting on the cake provides a great decorating frosting design! I just sat on my bow and car. They did give me a Happy Birthday pick and a message card. This cake was so delicious! It was just vanilla but this very moist cake was so flavorful and the cream cheese frosting was delicious! They were very nice to work with also. This will not be my only trip there! The actual bakery has smaller versions available to purchase also. We were gifted with a carrot cake and a chocolate cake. And, I have to say, neither my partner nor I liked either one of them. They were no better than and tasted exactly like a cake mix. I don't know if they make these cakes on site, but if they do, I cannot imagine they are made from scratch. If they are, they need new recipes. I was gifted two of the mini bundt cakes and enjoyed them both. They are so cute, sure to be a crowd pleaser and to make folks squeal, "How cute!" The presentation is great, individually wrapped in thick paper. They are even smaller than an average cupcake, which I think is actually better, allowing you to taste a few options. The only reason they're getting a 1 star is because their cakes are moist. I ordered for Mother's Day and 3 days in advance. I was told my order would be done by 3pm today. After waiting outside for 20 minutes i was told they didn't have part of my order and i needed to choose something else. They didn't give me the bundlet cakes i wanted. I only received 3 out of the 8 bundlets i ordered. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. I don't know why they don't fill orders as they were ordered, especially in advance. read more

Delicious cakes, but unfortunately terrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an order on the phone for a cake to enjoy with my family for Easter. I called back to change the size of the cake on the same day, which was a few days in advance of when I was going to pick the cake up. I was told the order was never made and they could not find me in the system. The manager went as far as to blame me for calling another location. I triple checked that I called this location in Henrietta, and I did. I also checked my credit card and saw I had a pending charge. Despite not being in the system I wanted to make sure the cake would be ready for pick up and asked if the order could be made. I emailed my order to ensure it would go through since nothing was getting done on the phone (I was even was on hold for 30 minutes and got hung up on). I called the following day to follow up and was told I would have a cake ready for me. Sure enough when I went to pick the cake up I was told the order was never made and there was no cake ready to be picked up. The manager said if I want to be reimbursed I would have to call my bank and I was not even given an apology. The manager was short, rude, and had no empathy despite knowing my order, having spoken with her on the phone, and then emailing her. Never coming back again. read more
