I enjoyed "One in a Melon," a well-balanced whiskey cocktail with Frank August small batch bourbon, melon, poblano pepper, Aperol, and lime. This was followed by a tasty whiskey sour. My wife ordered a Lemon Drop martini, followed by a decadent chocolate-pistachio dessert martini. All of the cocktails were well-balanced and delicious. On the food side, I munched on a baked macaroni & cheese with chorizo. It was perfect! The Death of Hospitality brand thrives on personalization and unexpected surprises. Mixologist Steve, realizing that I'm a whiskey afficionado, surprised me with a small pour of Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel bourbon. This is a difficult bottle to find in New Jersey.
