When we first entered, I was disappointed to see that their frames were either behind the counter or in a case. I don't like the feeling of being pressured and at the mercy of a salesperson, but that wasn't the case here. Raiko asked what type of frames I was looking for. He started looking at his display and pulling out some frames. After realizing that there were some shapes that I didn't like, he started focusing on other styles. I liked that I was left alone while he was selecting frames for me and leaving them in the counter for me to try. After finally finding a pair that I liked, I mentioned that I wasn't sure if the prescription. Raiko looked my current prescription and the picture I had of my old prescription, and mentioned that it was a big change. I didn't realize that the other gentleman who was working at a computer was Dr. Masters, but he came over to take a look at my prescription. I was amazed at their care and concern to make sure that my prescription was correct. My glasses took longer than "same day" but that was due to my insurance. I was surprised that my glasses fit perfectly and didn't need to be adjusted when I picked them up. I would highly recommend them if you need new glasses!

After trying on quite a few, I ended up buying the very first pair of glasses that the girl who works there suggested would look good. I am a picky person and usually don't trust other people's opinion so I was pleasantly surprised as to how well she could pin point what would look good on me! I'm never going anywhere else besides here. I also ended up spending a lot less than I had expected so I couldn't be happier. Thinking of getting a second pair now too. And am going to have my eyes examined there from now on. I found the office to be comfortable, clean and staff very professional, caring, and friendly. I was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I am always anxious when seeing a new doctor, but Dr. Pellitier's kind manner put me at rest right away. He diagnosed my condition, ordered the proper RX and I went on my way, very satisfied knowing I was in the right hands. The RX worked and my condition started to clear up within three days. A subsequent visit a month later also went very well. I can't thank my friend enough for recommending such a wonderful doctor and would be happy to recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Balaguer and his staff are so kind and attentive. My family and I have been with Dr. Balaguer…read morefor years and he always treats us like family. Not worth it. $208 for an annual exam. The exam was good but not worth the money. I do have eye…read moreinsurance, and they were not able to find my United Health Care plan number in their system. They charged me FULL retail for my exam. I had to submit my charges to the insurance company, that only reimbursed me for the "Reasonable & Customary", $150. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of frames and lenses from Jazzy Eyes over the past 45 years. The least they could have done was charge me the $150 that my insurance covered. They have zero flexibility for their good long time customers. It is not a matter of the money, this will not break me. It was the idea that if they do not take your insurance they charge you a high retail price. For a routine annual visit. So sad. In the past, Jazzy Eyes used to have the largest selection of really funky glass. Their selection has been reduced and many of their brands that they used to carry, they do not have anymore. $50 dollars cost them my business. I am sorry to go, it is just a matter of principle. In closing, there is more competition today for eye exams and glasses. Before choosing Jazzy Eyes check around for your best options. I have added this business to my "do not recommend " list.
