I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at this LensCrafters location…read more I ordered eyeglasses and paid approximately $540, which I consider an expensive purchase. During the process, it was not clearly explained to me whether the discount applied was a new-member discount or the discount I may be entitled to as a Medicare beneficiary. That lack of clarity was frustrating and should have been handled more professionally. After placing the order, I was never properly contacted to let me know that my eyeglasses were ready. I eventually had to call the store myself. During that phone call, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner and was told that they only send text messages. However, I was not properly informed of that policy, and I never received a text message. I later contacted the store and submitted a complaint. A few minutes later, another representative called me, but that interaction was also aggressive and unprofessional. When I finally picked up the glasses, I felt the service was incomplete and far below the level of care a customer should receive, especially after paying such a high amount. As an elderly customer and Medicare beneficiary, I expected to be treated with patience, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and I do not plan to return to LensCrafters.ision Care / Eye Care

Her picture is posted as part of my review but her name is not on the receipt so I dont know her name. We really appreciated her help. This store has a large selection of many designer sunglasses and that's why we always return here to purchase upgrades or replace lost or stolen sunglasses. They have the best and most current styles. They also have good sales and reward money points. We wound up purchasing a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses. They are just what we were looking for. Without a word, she walked away mid-conversation to help another group. Completely dismissive. Even if I end up increasing my budget later, I won't be coming back. The service was that off-putting. Also worth noting: most of the designer brands they sell are literally inside the mall and sell their sunglasses directly. I will not comment on her professional qualifications, you can decide that for yourself, but during my treatment I was subtly told that if I was not happy with something I should find another doctor. This happened right in the middle of my treatment which felt unprofessional and disappointing. After reading other reviews about Dr. Marina Yagudaev here and on other platforms I realized I am not the only one who experienced this kind of attitude. It is upsetting that in Sunny Isles there are doctors who treat patients this way, and if you express a concern or dissatisfaction they simply add you to a blacklist. The clinic itself looks fine but the approach to patients leaves much to be desired. Be careful and think twice before choosing this doctor.
